NEVER AGAIN would I go to this dentist. Had asked to have a treatment plan discussed with me and was told at each visit that it would take place at next visit. When it had not and I wanted to know what was involved, I called and asked that a treatment plan be sent to me. I was told by Rhonda, the 'office manager' that it could not. I then asked if I could make a short appointment at no charge, as no work was being done, to discuss the dental plan, I was again told by Rhonda 'no'. I was then called by Rhonda to set up a follow up appointment and I again asked about the treatment plan. I was then told that it could be mailed to me. Imagine my surprise when I was sent an estimate of approximately $12,000. Dr. Starr obviously is just in this for the money, as she could not take five minutes out of her time to discuss this with me, but I am sure would have been more than willing to take my money.
