Very good Dr...yes wait time can be long ,but he knows how to fix you ..which is the main thing.

His team has always been awesome to me. Had heart cath and doc went the extra mile to find my problem. 5/10/22 everyone has bad days, they have never been rude and very helpful

I’ve had an absolutely great experience with Dr. Ahmad. I was having the worst time with my heart and he was so knowledgeable. He change my health concerns around with prayers and I’m so grateful. He is absolutely a kind man and physician.

Not a very good heart doctor

They take to long to call you, the waiting time is ridiculous, my mother had a appointment at 2:30 pm today, it's almost 4 o'clock and we still waiting, of course they take the money as soon as you get the clinic, first thing they do... I never recommended this clinic to anyone... no good at all

I had an appointment with them today. It was pretty quick. BUT the lady who took me was a bit rude. She told me to get my things and go. Dr. Ahmad was more kind and helpful. But his staff are a bit rude. Overall the appointment was a quick and easy.

He is a great Doctor I been going to him for years and now my husband goes to him it may take longer but he is a good doctor but you have to have patience

The dr. is too quick to assume what is the problem with the patient. Does not go near the patient. Stated that patient was to take certain meds, but prescription was not issued. 2nd visit didn't even occur as the staff left patient in parking lot and never came to get her for ultrasound.

I went there for 10 years and had enough. The medicine he gave me caused the swelling and he hounded me until he did the vein procedure and did it wrong you have to be aggressive to get medication for three months at a time

Can I give zero stars? The office manager and a few others are the rudest people I have met in my life. If you enjoy waiting 4 hours for your appointment, this is the place to go. I Thought the doctor was good for weight loss and his nutrition classes but he is blind to his rude personnel. I didn’t use him for heart troubles.

‘‘This Doctor has terrible bed side mannors, he doesn’t communicate well with his patients. My mother is a senior citizen, he shows no respect towards her. My mother is a smart women she’s hard of hearing. So stay away.

His staff cancels appointments even if they're for stress tests. They dont seem to have hours set for their office. I'm not very fond of this office and I wouldnt ever recommend them to anyone. Dr. Ahmad is very knowledgeable and is the only doctor in 30 years that has. Even able to diagnose and treat me for what is actually wrong with my heart. Expect a wait when you go, that's because he stays with you until he has answered all your questions and makes sure you understand what's going on. Dr. Ahmad is very thorough. I am a new patient for a second opinion and I will continue to see Dr Ahmad for my care. Staff was very kind and helpful

Dr more concerned with my mother's veins in legs than the "silent heart attack" he said she had. Had a battery of test done that he didn't even know what test he was supposed to be going over. Never even went over the actual test. He wants more tests done before he released her to have back surgery which is how she ended up seeing him in the first place. Went to another Doctor to get second opinion and dr Ahmad office refuses to send records, tells me it takes 2-3 days, told new Drs office it would be 2-3 weeks. I know from experience it should only take less than a few minutes, especially if they're told the patient is in the office waiting. DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT with this place or this doctor. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it. I had to laugh when I went to give this review. The doctor himself is the only one who has given this site 4 stars. He went on a review site and gave himself 4 stars. to increase his visibility. If that were not sad enough, the office manger, Rhonda clearly has little or no experience with medical billing or filing insurance. She is completely rude and I think it is because she feels she need to be intimidating simply because she doesn't know what she is doing. You will wait countless hours to see the doctor, if he decides to show up at all. You can always tell how a doctor visit will go by the office staff he hires and the tone they set. An excellent doctor, hardworking, kindhearted and knows his job. If there is higher waiting time than usual its the sign of doctor being exceptionally good. In Houston or Kingwood, its common to wait for hours to meet a good specialist doctor so that time delay here is nothing unusual. I am very much satisfied by this young fella.

Half star, staff is rude and very unprofessional, they messed up the insurance claim and then expected us to pay out of pocket, and said they didn’t mess anything up and refuse to get it fix so I’m stuck doing their job to fix their mistakes, Dr is always two hours late and the staff say it’s to be expected and to get over it! Staff and Dr take to long to see or call a patient. My husband has a pacemaker and is 26 yrs old had it for 3 yrs. What if my husband was having a heart attack with his pacemaker acting up the way it is. We highly recommend that no one go see this office. He is competent. The staff is very incompetent and rude. He would get a higher rating but you have to deal with idiots. The nurse used the wrong size blood pressure cuff and placed the EKG leads on wrong. He was pleasant and very thorough. He sent me to the desk to checkout and it went from ok this Dr. is good to I will never come back. His staff at the beginning asked me to fill out paperwork, which I did. I read everything and did not agree with their demands that I sign a fraudulent document stating I did not have insurance at the time of treatment. I did have insurance so I simply put N/A. They front desk staff did not like that so she shredded my papers and asked me to fill them out signing that. I again refused so she turned to her coworker and said “she did it again, she didn’t listen to what I said”. I told her that in the areas that do not apply to me I will put N/A she said no you leave those blank next time. I’m not going to do that. I leave no blanks. She then got someone over her and they said it doesn’t matter you need to sign all of these statements referring to no insurance, Medicare and medigap insurance. I will not sign those because they do not apply. I do have insurance, I did pay my copay, you did verify I do have insurance. So what is the problem. You need to have a seat. We sit down and they call us back up, again we didn’t agree with something and were told to sit. We go to sit and then called back up. My husband said I’m going to let you handle this I’m going to the car. We have a discussion about other things. I refuse to commit fraud and his staff is directing people to do that. I refuse to use this Dr based on the incompetent idiots he has hired. I would have recommended him but his staff is ruined his reputation with the community. He is competent. Rude staff, unprepared Doctor.

He takes care of my heart, So please don’t rush.The staff is fun and makes you feel like family, they go above and beyond to help you as long as you are nice to them, you get what you give . The office manager Rhonda is very knowledgeable and even helped me choose the right insurance. you can’t always go by the reviews and you can’t always make everyone happy.Usually the ones that complain are the rude ones , think about it. Expect to rush in and out , have a heart attack, you want to sue.

The office staff are rude and combative. There is always a very long wait. They over book appointments. Office is dirty and un kept. Will find another doctor

Typical office visit time around three to four hours. If you don't come in to the office at least once a month your prescriptions don't get refilled.

Great doctor

He over books all his patients and arrives late every TIME you have apoiappoint!! If you have a 1pm appointment you will be called yo the back in o no less than 2 hrs...

Wait a long time in the waiting room. Medication is only refilled when you're at the office and to do that you have to go to the office at least once a month whether you need it or not.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any dr. Visit. The staff had an attitude the whole 3 hrs I was there waiting... He over books his patients I had a 1pm appointment and didn't get seen until 3:30.. he's late by about 2 hrs EVERY TIME... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY!!
