I was not expected to be asked to wait outside. I thought that they would have under control how many patients they scheduled. I had to wait for 1 hour outside. thankfully I came in my car and didn't have to wait outside in the heat. And I have a feeling that they forgot about us. When we walked in everyone was getting ready to leave and looked at us shocked when we went in. But 6 months ago when my daughter had a check up the wait was 1 & 1/2 hr. My daughter was not happy with this this dentist appointment . She said she felt like she was drowning. When they were giving her a cleaning. She had to excuse herself to go spit out what was left in her mouth. My daughter has been coming here since she was 4. She is now 10. Things have changed and perhaps it's time to find a new dentist office.

I am a new patient and words cannot express how amazing the staffs were to me. The receptionist and dentists were all professionals in their part to advise and treat their patients with respect. I was amazed of how quickly taken my x-rays were done and very thorough what has need to be done to ensure my teeth becomes 100% healthy. They were very careful with the procedure for my crown tooth that needed a replacement, and I can't wait to get it as as my new whole smile. All in all, I would highly recommend this place. Just give this a chance and you will not regret it!

The location I go to my kids love because they show movies for them while in the waiting area (although they don’t keep you waiting for long) the staff is always super nice and friendly they care that small children feel welcomed and at ease ( I’ve had bad experiences with dentist growing up and wished I had an ABC dental type of environment as my experience instead) doctors are efficient quick and friendly I highly recommend ABC dental

ABC Dental was very patient with my daughter. The service was very professional! my daughter has been going to ABC Dental at the same location since she was a newborn. I recommend this Dental location for adults and children.

Every time my boys have an appointment, the staff treats them with great care. Going to the dentist is such a scary thing for kids but they find ways to relax the kids. They talk to the kids and make them understand what going on. They try to make them feel comfortable. I highly recommend, My kids started coming here 3 years ago and I don't ever plan on switching !!!

I have a 3 yr old and she can be impatient. However, we weren't kept waiting long in the waiting room. Then when waiting for the dentist it wasn't a long one. They attended to my child quickly but efficiently. I love how every visit they provide a goody bag so she has something to look forward to when were are done.

Horrible first time experience, I do not recommend this place at all. Waited for a whole hour only for them to tell me a bunch of bs. First, someone didn't do their job correctly-when it comes to verifying patients insurance- as a result I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket for a basic cleaning (that my insurance 100% covered). So, I had to call my insurance provider and get the verification process done correctly. Then, they proceeded to tell me that I have to pay a $25 fee (which I had no problem paying) BUT it's no guarantee that I would have the service done that I scheduled the appointment for ( it depends on what the dentist recommends). This is a poorly run dental office and a total waste of my time. Only come here, if you have time to waste.

The Dentist, hygienist and technician we all very professional, polite and courteous. They work together to do an amazingly effective and efficient job. I was very pleased with the service as always. It is hard to find clean quality service when you have medicaid ABC is second to non in me opinion. Everyone starting at the front desk to the back office does an excellent job. Everytime I bring my kids here, I have a great experience. The staff(doctors, tech's, and front desk) are really patient with me and my 5 kids. Today, they were awesome as well. Good job, guys!

I have no complaints about the cleanness of the place, the professionalism from the staff, nor the quality of work / service. However, being at the dentist from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm for two kids seemed like an eternity.

The nurses take too long to do their job and we always make an appointment but end up waiting for an hour at the office. When the finish the check up they always say we don’t got time to finish everything today while we spend 3 hours for no reason.

Great doctors professional, but front desk was poor customer service. My apt.was at 12pm on 1/25/19 I check in at 11:11am I was waiting until 12:26pm front desk knew my apt, btw the time they past 2 client which they enter btw 12 and 12:26am. FRONT DESK HAVE NOT. RESPECT THE APTS the gril who check me in and the one who cover on her luch time. Hope some one check camaras and they have be tranning again.

We came to get our teeth cleaned. Instead your office focused on trying to plus sell us. We wasted our time and finally twobof is coukd not clean our teeth. We did not ask for the condition of our teeth to be evaluated. We came for teeth cleaning and you made a complete mess of our visit. This is our last visit to your clinic because you want to make money onpatients rather than care for what they have come to do at their specific appointment.

I've had to get dentures replaced and they use a really good lab, and the dentist is very good at fitting it to my mouth. The staff is really good, friendly, and they are on top of things. And their costs are very reasonable, compared to most that I've been to.

I've been taking my son since he was 6 months, now his 4 and he has always leave the office with a smile. I love how the doctor and the assistants explain everything, especially today. I took my son there yesterday for is 6month cleaning. It's also happen to be Halloween, the staff and office was all dressed up with big smiles on there faces. Always a great experience! The dentist was great she had a lot of patience with my little and was quick.

The dentist was very capable and made my 6 year old son feel extremely comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly, attentive and courteous HOWEVER we had a 12:30 appointment and had to wait for over an hour and a half to finally see the dentist.

Love the attention and the patient with my son the only problem is the wait my son had hes appointment at 8:30 the DR did not come in to see him until 9:30 I understand the process after took a minute but if the DR comes in late shouldn't schedule appointments early. Love how they let you be in wile the procedures get done and the way of them being towards the kids every thing but the wait is perfect
