Mr. Monte J Carel

My first time trying a new dentist and the experience was wonderful. I was greeted in the front and was made to feel really comfortable. Then Susan took me back, she very informative in the process and always checked to make sure i was doing ok. Clean my teeth perfectly, Dr. Carel came in and inspected the work done gave me a plan moving forward and we closed with handshakes and a great start to our relationship.

A pleasant experience with very friendly staff who did a wonderful job with my teeth would recommend to others.

It was easy to get my appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. They took special care to work with my sensitive teeth. I will be returning for my 6 month cleaning.

Dr. Carel and his staff are excellent! I have been a patient for years and have never had any negative experiences. I highly recommend!

It was my first time at this practice today. I should include that I've never been a fan of the dentist, (like most people). Overall, my experience was unlike any other. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. The staff I had the pleasure of interacting with, were all very nice. Id recommended this place to anyone!

I showed up for my 8am appointment this morning, after the several text reminders i was sent to remind me of said appointment, only to find that their office is closed today.

Quite possibly the best dental visit I've had in years. Friendly office

Dr. Carel and staff was nice and professional. The staff are very friendly. I recommend him for you and your family dental care.

Very thorough ,clean ,super helpful friendly staff, Great service,my daughter had a dental emergency and they got us right in first time going there! Thank you Monte and your staff!

The staff was very friendly and anticipatory of my needs. They were knowledgeable and not pushy about extra services like other offices. I really felt comfortable with the hygienist and Dr. Carel.

Dr.Carel and his staff are amazing and very professional! Big shout out to Holly, Jennifer, & Dr.Carel for the care and treatment I received. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

My whole family goes here, they are always so nice and professional.

I was very pleased with my initial visit, but my follow up visit to sit with Monte and discuss future options for my extensive dental work was most disappointing. The door was locked, lights out. and not so much as a kiss my a**. Sure would be nice to know when I will be able to discuss my future with Monte.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Carel as a patient for as long as he has been practicing. I’ve always enjoyed the staff and received excellent dental work in the process. I’ve recommended them to my closest friends and they have also been pleased.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Carel several years. He and his staff are awesome. He provides you with the information you need to make a decision on treatment and he listens to his patients concerns. My wife and I trust him and his staff with our dental health.

I was a patient of dr care. had a partial made. it didn't fit right, which he said probably would happen. he said to come back and he would adjust it free of charge. I came back. granted it was a little later, he then says he needs a full mouth X-ray to adjust the partial. I say no then he charged me $50 office visit for simply walking in the door when I was told earlier no charge. Just had my teeth cleaned by Page. Best cleaning ever. Dr. Carel has a wonderful staff working for him. All very polite and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Carel for all your dental needs.

Three of my kids were seen today and the staff was very friendly. They know how to make their experience a pleasant one! They even took a photo afterwards with Chenoa, my 18 year old, who was very excited to show them her gold medal she won in the recent Special Olympics Winter meet! So caring! ❤

Friendly staff and doctor. First visit for me and a great experience all around (other than needing to have an abscessed tooth pulled.) They all did a great job of putting me at ease and explaining everything.

Receptionist is extremely difficult to work with, Dentist is great but only sees you for about a minute.

After going here for 9 years with my children they refused to reschedule a missed appointment that I was unable to make due to a family emergency. Basically told me they wouldn't see me at all. Wow! Their loss. Taking my business elsewhere. Customer service and loyalty??

I have been going to this dentist for several years, and have even continued to go to this dentist since I have moved away for college, since my family has been going here. The drive is now around 70 miles, but I typically only go for a twice a year teeth cleaning, so it's no big deal. I got out of class today later than expected, once I knew I would be late I called at 2:40PM, (appointment being at 3PM), letting them know I would be 5 maybe 10 minutes late. The receptionist replied "okay, whenever you can get here." At 3:12PM, I pulled into the parking lot, then got out and received a call from my MOM (keeping in my that I'm over 18) that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I sat in my car pondering whether or not, I should switch dentist over this ordeal. They know I drive that far (they mention it every time I come and talk about school) and I am an established patient. So I go in to get my dentist records at 3:20PM, I ask the receptionist for my records, she ask if I decided to transfer, I say yes, and explain why, she then begins to argue about what I said when I called. I begin to walk out, and she has the audacity to say to me "by the way we cancelled your fee." So let's just say, I'm pretty disgusted how they would treat a patient who has been going to them for years. Have been a patient with several different insurance providers for the past 8 years. Monte is great at what he does and the dental assistants have always treated me right.

After going to this dentist office for 9 years with my kids I was told that they wouldn't see me. I was unable to keep an appointment due to a family emergency and called in to let them know. I drive all the way from Lake Thunderbird to Mustang. Can I just say wow! Customer service and years of loyalty?! Taking my business elsewhere and letting all family and friends know.

Terrible customer service

Promised to help me with my teeth then after two hours of literal stabbing my gums to see how much they bleed they said they couldn't help and I had to see someone else. Saw the actual dentist Dr. Carel for a minute. Go see someone else don't waste time or money.
