Called in about my daughter possibly swallowing a part of a straw and the triage nurse spoke with the doctor and the doctor said I should bring in my daughter to have her looked at. Literally the visit was 2 minutes with the doctor and she said not to worry about it and that the GI tract would eat up that plastic?!?! She didn’t look at the straw or the missing part. Didn’t check her mouth or throat or anything. What was the point of bringing in my daughter? She is currently filling in for our doctor that is out on maternity leave. Won’t be returning to that lady. What a joke.
