In my humble opinion, this man should not be a therapist. My experience was very limited, but all very unsatisfactory. It goes as follows... I was assigned to this therapist through my insurance company. I was given GPS direction to 195 Broadway Orcutt, a place that they knew went to the wrong place, yet they gave them to me anyways. I followed them and got misdirected. I called to receive clarification. I was given verbal directions (I'm sorry is this the 90's? GPS please.) Finally i suggested they give me GPS directions to an address that was next door and actually WORKED. They gave me the address to the Orcutt Library and said it's the Yellow 2 story next door. This worked. When i arrived there was unpleasant noise coming from a small speaker outside, i think it was supposed to be nice water, it sounded like static. He immediately told me to sanitize my hands. Then asked if i found the place alright, i was honest and said "no, but I'm here now" he didn't care to hear my story but look displeased at my answer. When i didn't have an emergency contact listed. He refused service even after i offered to give him one. I spent about 30 minutes printing out his forms and reading/signing them all, and about an hr getting to the appointment. This man is essentially a cold and callus individual who left me with the message of: "GET OUT OF HERE, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOUR PROBLEMS" Good luck working out your issues with him.
