Dr. Janakiram is great. I dread going to the doctor, but she makes it easy. She’s not judgmental of my eating habits and lifestyle choices and offers sound and solid advice on living towards a healthier and more fruitful life. Great primary and family doctor to have as your go to!

Make sure you ask about billing. This doctor utilized inappropriate billing codes to charge me for services she did not provide. I have reported her for insurance fraud. So please be careful.

Dr. J is always responsive and effective. She definitely understands my needs as a patient and she honors that relationship. She listens and she offers the best possible information to you. She follows through and that is why she has been my doctor ever since she started. I’ve been trying to get a refill for my prescription for the past week or so .11/15. No one replies to any messages. I finally got someone on phone and they sent prescription to wrong pharmacy. I never get a response when I send online message. I am definitely changing Doctors when PPO kicks in. you did fine but they put the results on here and I don't understand what all the letters mean so I still don't understand what they mean if I am good or so so. They need to not being a doctor can understand it. put in writing the way a person a normal person knows what he is reading.

Dr. Janakarim is the kindest most compassionate doctor I have ever had as a primary. She responds to all of my texts promptly no matter what time or day of the week. I will always have faith in her decisions that she helps me make regarding my health.

Dr Mithila is the best she would listen to your medical concerns and give you the best referral that would suit you and she'll be following up with blood tests and so ( we saw another gd and he was i don't do my chart or emails i want the medical history on paper ) so back to Dr Mithila it is

The staff are rude, the doctor she has no experience and she doesn't spend quality time with her patients.

Dr. Janikiram is great but no one answers the phone. They need more receptionist to help the work load. I have been on hold for 1.5hrs just to lab orders faxed.

I liked the facility's safety, sanitary and efficient measures in checking in patients. It was my first time at this location looking to get my yearly check up. I found Dr. Janakiram to listen to my concerns and make suggestions. However, I felt a bit rushed and not sure why I wasn't asked for the list of the supplements I am currently taking in order for them to be added to my file. I was looking for my annual check up and I didn't feel like I got one; if I did receive it, I wasn't sure what that was. I plan to follow up with Dr. Janakiram and hopeful to walk away from my future appointment feeling I got a complete check up or unrushed. Impossible to get an appointment, impossible to get through on the phone, who has an hour to wait on the phone??? Need a new doctor

she was recommended to me at the hospital where i gave birth so i chose her as the location was also convenient. however, getting an apt with her is close to impossible and if you have an emergency forget it! this past wknd was the last straw. My son who has been seeing her since he was born, had a seizure and because it was minor i did not take him to ER but felt it was best i follow up with her to see her recommendations. i called 1st thing on Monday morning when they opened, of course she was busy so i left a mssg with the receptionist. I made sure to emphasize that it was important and i needed to hear back asap! a few days later and still no call back!!!!!!!!!!!! My family and I have been Dr. Janakiram's patients for years. I love her kind, caring and professional manner. She is quick to respond to calls and/or emails. I've had some minor issues with front desk staff, only twice and both times my concerns were addressed immediately and efficiently. Dr. Janakiram has seen all four of our children in addition to my husband and myself. She always spends a good amount of time with us, and we always leave feeling well cared for and heard. Highly recommend Dr. Janakiram.

Doesn't address her patient's needs and complaints and rather sends them off on wild goose chases with specialosts that don't even take the same insurance! Been in pain for a long time and her reply is see so and so! So dissapointing

I went to this Dr the staff was quite rude, the nurse was nice, and helpful. when the Dr came in I told her what was wrong, and it was as if she wasn't listening to me. she then tried to tell me what she felt I needed without hearing what I had to say.

I've been coming here for over a year now and Dr. Janakiram is an amazing Doctor. She will answer any question you have and pay attention to your every need. She makes you feel comfortable. It was hard for me to find the right doctor but me and my daughter are pleased with her as our doctor. Also there is Never a long wait time at all..

Dr. Janakiram is very compassionate with the great work she does as a physician and for the patients she serves. She makes sure that she explains in grave details whatever your medical needs are and does an excellent job when it comes to getting you a specialists & referrals if needed.
