Dr. Min Zheng

usually I go to his Manteca clinic and its fine, due to covid i had to show up at tracy and this office for injections and tracy office is super disorganized. Still got my injections done ok though he is often brief and i have to be blunt/persistent in order to get my concerns heard without brushing them off. I would suggest putting in more effort to listen to patients and take a second to consider what they said instead of immediately responding to them. I seen her for years since there is little to choose from. She speaks very little and is always in a hurry. I do not recommend her. Poor communication. Her staff is nice and relativley easy to schedule. Once at appt. You may wait as long as 2 hours as if your time isnt valuable.

I had a back injury and he treated me for months and never did I get any pain medication, he would just see me and ask me question and nothing else... So much time and money wasted!!

My primary doc referred me to this office and they helped me out after my accident. The office is clean and the girls there got me in asap.

Small office, many people, but thanks to Dr. Zheng I can function again. The women that work there have been there for a long time and are polite and knowledgeable.

I've been seen there a few times and Dr. Zheng is the sweetest lady and very smart. I work as a nurse at a hospital nearby, and I'm fully aware that in this type of field, you cannot please everyone. She is great with injections and her staff is also very helpful.

I've been seeing dr. Zengh four 5 years and am switching to a specialist in stockton. I only continued to see her since she has manteca office. I'm now going to see a Dr in stockton. I couldn't agree more with the other 1 star reviews. These Dr's have zero bedside manner and do not take patient needs into consideration.

They are busy from time to time but Doctor Zheng does her best to see every one in a timely fashion...been with Dr Zheng for 15 years great doctor love her!

Dr. Zheng is the best pain management doctor I've had treat me. The injections are painless and accurate. I've had other doctors in past who were unsuccessful in treating my pain and caused more pain. Dr.Zheng is the only doctor I trust to treat me and would/have recommended her to anyone who needs pain treatment. She has always listened to my pain complaints and has always done her best to treat any issue I had.

Poor bedside manner. Does not take patient needs into consideration. I've spoken to others that have seen her and she doesn't have a good reputation. After seeing her for years I'm requesting a new pain management dr.

They are by far the worst dr, s in the central valley witch dose n' t surprise me i had no choice by insurance to see them for a consult and dr bai is arguing with my husband and foaming at the mouth as he is also falling asleep listing to my h&p medical history. Patients are treated like cattle and seems to be more concerned about getting your money than providing caring and personal medical care. Here is my experience as to why I would never recommend or go to this doctor: 1) Waiting room is tiny, always over crowded, and not enough chairs. The chairs they do have are squeezed into the tiny lobby and has a loud, blaring TV hanging on the wall. My brother, also a former patient, is 6'9" and has hit his head on the TV several times. 2) Office staff is rude, non-accommodating, unhelpful, and stupid. Only care about their administrative process, such that it must be adhered to or you can't make an appointment. I never got to see the doctor or become their patient because they threw away my referral from my doctor. Apparently, they throw away referrals after 30 days if you don't make an appointment within this time. You have to wait for them to call you for your first appointment--so if you call before they call you they won't make an appointment. Their process must be followed. They have no flexibility or care about your schedule. 3) They ONLY TAKE CASH So you must visit an ATM before your appointment--not very accommodating or customer focus. They do bill your insurance, but any co-pays or self pays must be paid at your visit and if you don't have cash you can't see the doctor even though you took time off work or whatever to see the doctor. This staff and doctors clearly are not in need of new patients or care about the existing ones, nor do they make them feel they care about them, rather they are money hungry and only want patients that follow their administrative processes' correctly. Needless to say, I will NEVER go to this doctor. They also LOST TWO EXISTING PATIENTS--my mother and brother who both were both seeing Dr. Zheng for the past several years. They now have a new pain management doctor and will never go back to this doctor. Don't bother with this doctor--ask your primary doctor to refer you to another pain management doctor. Good luck and I hope you find a good doctor who makes your pain go away.
