I would like patients to know that I truly love what I do and will give you the best care that I can. Sometimes that means you may have to wait a bit because I’m giving someone the extra attention they need. Sometimes a problem is very easy to manage and it may only take 5 minutes to suggest a treatment. Also, all procedures have some risk involved, whether it’s an infection, or scarring, or recurrence, etc. This is REALITY and any surgeon who tells you s/he has never had a complication is either lying or not doing enough procedures. My breast reconstruction was a long journey but I was very satisfied with the outcome

I first saw Dr. Palazzo before my mastectomy. Her staff has been very caring and wonderful, guiding me through my unpleasant ordeal. Before surgery, I was given needed prescriptions and told what supplies to have at home for after the surgery. Dr. Palazzo payed meticulous attended to detail.

My husband had a severe laceration to his hand. When we followed up with Dr. Palazzo she was very harried and spent the time looking briefly at the wound, talking about nerve regeneration. When asked questions her responses were very cursory and she really didn’t answer the questions. She stated that he should take off his brace a week later. We were not told if he should continue to wear a bandage, could shower without the brace or if there were any restrictions after taking the brace off. We were not told that his stitches were dissolvable. When we called the clinic and spoke to the nurse she said that with his surgery he should definitely continue to wear the brace. Having worked in healthcare for most of my career I know that patients do not remember everything told to them verbally. Information needs to be explained and given in printed form and time given for patients to ask questions. This was not done by Dr. palazzo.

Extremely awful bedside manner. My wait was extremely long so I was frustrated about that and how no one in the office took initiative to atleast give an update on when I could expect someone. When she finally did come in the room, she was completely frazzled and trying to quickly do an assessment. When she noticed I wasn't happy, she quickly became defensive and hostile. Also told me they have several emergencies that came in and new residents who didn't know how things were ran at that office.. I'm in healthcare and patient's don't want to hear that.. overall her attitude was extremely terrible.. I ultimately had to get another consultation with another doctor to do my surgery..... I didn't feel comfortable with her doing my surgery based on her overall bedside manner... Please Please do your research before you have any kind of surgery....it's extremely important to make the right decision.. This doctor isn't the right choice.

Reading previous reviews I’d have to admit I was a little hesitant about Dr. Palazzo. You really can’t believe all that you read. Dr. Palazzo was/is truly amazing. She is upfront and honest about tour procedure. She listens and answers and concerns you have. She is such a sweet caring lady. She loves what she does and you can tell. Her bedside manner was great. She made me feel comfortable along every step of the way. Oh, her office staff is also amazing. Super sweet and friendly. I’d HIGHLY recommend Dr. Palazzo!!! She is not friendly, timely, or personable. She barely relays details of her medical opinion. She is a very rude an uncaring dr if you want to put her in that category, I personally would not. She also does not think the patient has the right to ask her a question, as she thinks she knows it all.

Extremely rude, and doesn't know how to do her job

I unfortunately had to see Dr. Palazzo 3 different times and she has the most unpleasant bedside manner i have ever experienced. I would never recommend her to anyone. She is extremely rude and messed up minor procedure I had done (which is why i had to go back for a 3rd time). After my last visit with her today I have decided to go find a different doctor that can do my procedure. I also had to wait an hour to see her and she only gave me 5 minutes of her time. This Dr saved my 18 year old sons hand I thank her from the bottom of my heart we just knew he was gonna have to be amputated but after 10 + hours she reconstructed it.Would highly recommend her to anyone.Shes a miracle worker.

Dr. Palazzo is an excellent, world-class doctor. She is very smart, and she has done two different surgical fellowships in addition to her medical school and residency. This means that she is sub-specialized in two different areas of delicate microsurgery. She really cares about me and my surgical outcome. She takes her time to get all the details right, before, during and after surgery. Her staff is awesome, and they all go above and beyond to explain and re-explain everything. After my recent surgery, I have a nurse who texts me everyday to check in on me, and I can call or text her anytime 24/7 if I have any worries or problems. Everything was super-organized before my surgery. They gave my instructions, prescriptions, and a shopping list of what I would need afterwards so that I would be prepared for when I got home afterwards. I have had an excellent experience with her, and I appreciate the doctor and nurses who recommended her to me. Dr. Palazzo is an excellent, world-class doctor. Dr. Palazzo is an excellent, world-class doctor. She is very smart, and she has done two different surgical fellowships in addition to her medical school and residency. This means that she is sub-specialized in two different areas of delicate microsurgery. She really cares about me and my surgical outcome. My breast specialist, Dr. Hatmaker, recommended Dr. Palazzo, and they worked side by side during my breast surgery. Palazzo is skilled and competent. She understands the trauma of breast cancer, and spends face-to-face time explaining each step of her process. After she reviewed photos & procedures, I felt completely confident in her ability to take care of me. I'm four weeks out of surgery, and my breasts look even better than I expected. Her staff is equally compassionate and professional.

Not only is she unfriendly, she’s disinterested & uncaring! Do your due diligence, wish I had!!!

Very long wait (one appointment wait was over 1.5 hrs) for such a minuscule visit from the doc (maybe 5 min). Defensive is a polite description of her character. Aloof also comes to mind. Went through the hassle of having an MRI but she never even looked at it. Billed 4 times (totaling over $1k) for this appointment which, by the way gave me no treatment unless you would count a 1/4" x 6" velcro strip to be used as a brace. Would NEVER recommend this doctor. Not even as revenge.

Word of mouth is the best way to get picture of something or someone. With that in mind I just want to make sure that all know - if you need to see any doctors at Kutz and Kleinert make sure it is NOT with Michelle Palazzo - if I had only checked her healthcare ratings first, I would have never gone to her. 2 stars only. I just assumed being Kutz and Kleinert, had to be the best - WRONG ! she has horrendous bedside manners, she seemed totally disinterested.
