I had the opportunity to have an eye exam done today at the independence location! I have to say in all my years i have never had a more honest and genuine experience than i did here… My concerns were actually listened to and i did not feel like a number as i have elsewhere.. I am grateful for the experience with all the staff here and highly recommend anyone in the tri state in need of these services to check them out! Thank You In Focus!

Dr. Howell is very pleasant and she is good at keeping things relaxed. Her office in Erlanger is very well kept and the staff was really nice.

My last experience lack customer service. My new glasses cost me $500 but I could not see out of right eye. I was forced to go to Family Eye Care next door to Lense Crafters at Florence Mall to be re evaluated. I had to purchase a new pair $600. The newer prescription works perfectly. I will never go back to Focus Eye Care. I was never refunded from Focus or a return phone call. You lost my business. Update surgery. scar tissue & cataract My last experience lack customer service. Dr Howell and her team are wonderful! They go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of.

I love Dr. Howell and her staff! I have been with her for 15 years now. I followed her from her office in Ft. Mitchell, to Florence, to where she is now on Turkeyfoot. When I was pregnant 8 years ago my eyes changed month to month and she saw me once a month for 4 months and gave me sample contacts for each new prescription right up until I had my daughter. She then rechecked my eyes with my 3 month old on my lap! She now sees my husband, my daughter whom she has known since birth????, my son, and myself. We are Dr. Howell’s patients for life! Dr. Michelle Howell has been our optometrist for over 20 years! She is AMAZING! She never stops until you are happy. Her heart is so big! She goes above and beyond any other doctor I've ever been to and genuinely cares for each of her patients! Several times she's even traveled to her other office in Ohio, just to get whatever we needed. Our family would never DREAM of going elsewhere for something as precious as our eyes! Family-owned, cozy atmosphere and laid-back, convenient office -- located right off Turkeyfoot Rd. in a little plaza adjacent to Remke's Market. Her staff are very courteous and attentive to your needs. You'll feel right at home. Love this place; LOVE Dr. Michelle! You will not be disappointed! Visit went well, however, billing leaves much to be desired. Overbilled and charged twice to insurance for same service. Tried to clarify with billing department, took several weeks and never resolved.

Highly recommended. Dr. Howell takes time and care to ensure you get perfect vision, and all the staff are absolutely pleasant to work with. Probably the best experience getting contacts and glasses I’ve ever had. Don’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Michelle and Chris are great. I personally do not wear glasses but my wife and oldest son do and I’m amazed by the amount of time and care they put into every visit. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. Chris is very detail oriented and you can tell he takes pleasure in what he does. My 10 year old was having issue with the fitting of his glasses (he’s picky) and Chris took the time to make sure he was 100% comfortable before leaving. If you’re looking for an optometrist, go here.. you won’t be disappointed Dr. Michelle and Chris are great. She was professional, but with a sense of humor. I was able to get an appointment ina timely manner, One time my son scratched me, tearing my cornea. She fit me in to her busy Saturday schedule to see me.

I absolutely love Michelle. It is definitely a family atmosphere and they treat each patient individually. Such an amazing practice!

Found her again! Went to another optometrist and told I had serious eye problems. Dr Howell had my records from 10 years ago and said it hadn't changed in 10 years. I was so relieved. She and her staff are so attentive. Very knowledgeable about insurance.

She is very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable in her field. I've never been anything but happy with a visit to her. Always a pleasure!
