The only thing that stinks is you pay up front for services, it is then submitted to your insurance and you get reimbursed for whatever your insurance covers. The staff and Michelle are very nice and make going to the dentist less stressful! Would 100% recommend going!

Family friendly! My wife, kids and I come in for our preventive care (cleanings) together and the staff consistently takes care of us all.

I have been a client of Dr. Michelle Gifford for several years and have always had excellent service. The hygienists are friendly and make you feel comfortable while they do their work. I highly recommend them.

So glad I found these folks! They are thorough, professional, friendly, helpful — heck, they even opened on a Sunday when I had an emergency. Great dentist in Dr. Gifford and a wonderful staff. There's a reason they get so many five-star reviews.

I had a crown pop off and they got me in right away. One hour and I was good to go. Great staff and great dentist in Dr. Gifford. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable practice.

A very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I scheduled my next appointment at the end. My Hygienst made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Gifford answered all the questions that I had.

I felt like they really cared that I was actually in pain. They tried to help me all they could but there was no hope for what I had and they referred me to someone who could help me. Its hard to find service like that anymore. I didn't have a dentist since dr. Bornstein retired. Now they are my dentist.

I am extremely happy with the service I recieved at doctor Giffords office. The results were very positive. It had a calm and peacful atmosphere that made me feel comfortable. Every appointment has improved the quality of my teeth greatly. Lucky to have Dr. Gifford around.

We have been going here since she started in Bainbridge many years ago. The hygienist here are all excellent. I trust them with children. Friendly staff and very accommodating. We have insurance and could go almost anywhere but we are very happy here. We do recommend this office to our friends.

Dr Gifford and the entire staff are patient centered...our comfort and our health. They are efficient, effective, kind and compassionate and very skilled at keeping us in good dental health. Wonderful Experience!

I like that I get in and out without having to wait a long time. She has state of the art equipment and although it's a little pricey, I do like the care I get. I will miss Jan, my Dental Hygentist. She is retiring, and I will miss her. Hope she has a great retirement. I don't like the fact that I have to pay up front when I have dental insurance. She is a good Dentist and knows her stuff. They drilled the wrong tooth, but still made me pay for the one they correctly drilled.
