Loved the office staff. They were knowledgeable and thoughtful. Dr Whitaker is the reason my husband is still able to walk. She goes beyond what is required. Her compassion touched my heart.

Office staff is very rude. Also took 5 visits to get an mri done all just to say need a surgery that they don’t do anymore. If you need your toenails clipped and a Cortizone shot sure they can handle that well enough. Other than that stay away . Joy the billing manager is also the rudest in the building so guess the lack of customer service starts from the top down at this place. Office staff is very rude. Office staff found it hard to believe that the doctor that they scheduled appointments with Dr. M. Whittaker has a 5 star rating on website. Shannon one of the scheduler's upfront office has a terrible disposition. She's very rude on the phone and in person. Brenda very rude. Walked away from patient while patient was talking to her just to go too Subway for lunch. Office Staff represent the doctor. This staff need training on The TriStar Guiding Principle's. Patient s' come first. The two female scheduler's up front in office are not on the same page when it comes to scheduling patients. Doctors office should have a grace period for new and existing patients. It was very difficult locating the doctor's office got lost. When scheduling my appointment it was not told to me that there would be parking issues or that office would be inside the TriStar Centennial Hospital. Just awfully 1st visit. I will not be recommending anyone. Staff was very rude. Shannon has a very rude disposition over the phone and in person. Brenda very rude. Walk away from patient as the patient was talking to her. This staff need to understand and learn the Tristar Guiding Principles

Knowledgeable, friendly, genial staff
