Dr. Michele Lero James

Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Dr. James is a great doctor. Her staff on the other hand is horrible. Anyone with color is treated poorly. And they don’t inform you on what all needs to be brought with you to the doctor visit. I’ve been dealing with this RUDE staff for the pass 5 years and nothing has changed.

Had to switch doctors because of the rude individuals. (Not doctors) I traveled 20 minutes from La Grange to give them a release form a week prior to my appointment so I could have the appointment and everything be set. I came to my appointment the next week and they went as far as to tell me no I never brought it. I assured them I would know if I drove a 20 minute trip and they said sorry that it wasn't true. The nurses even went with the lie instead of admitting to the mistake. Haven't wrote anything since I left, but found out that a friend on Facebook had problems with rude workers too! Excellent, truly cares about the well being of my children

Dr. James is a friendly, confident, efficient and knowledgeable!

Awful, do not recommend seeing this Dr or anyone associated with her. she is not flexible and does not care about her patients. The staff was rude and the exact opposite of what you would hope to have a family or child clinic. They care about money and money only.

Very convenient and offers assistance outside of clinic hours for reassurance. Wonderful bedside manner and really cares for the health of children along with the parents concerns. Would recommend her to anyone with children!
