Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable and explains complicated situations very well.

Dr. Williams was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions. He was very knowledgeable while explaining what was going on with my foot. He provided me much needed advice. His office is efficient, comfortable and friendly.

Everyone was kind, friendly, caring. Dr Williams took his time, explained what he thought the issue(s) could be, what he wanted to do, explained everything on the xrays and MRI thoroughly. This is my first time (as an adult) seeing a podiatrist. I'm pretty shy and self-conscious about my feet, but it was something I really wanted to get addressed for a long time. Dr. Williams has great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the options including which options were covered by insurance. I was also embarrassingly late (like 45 minutes) for one of my appointments, but not only did the office handle it very professionally, but still managed to find a way to fit me in. For each of my appointments, I never had to wait long and I was in and out in a very timely manner, even the day I had the actually procedure done. Finally, the staff is very friendly and professional, the office itself is very neat and clean, and I never had issues finding parking. I only wish I did everything sooner and didn't hold off as long as I did. I definitely recommend Dr. Williams. This is my first time (as an adult) seeing a podiatrist. Good foot Doc

This office has an excellewnt combination of professional skill and cordial interaction.

I had a great experience. Coming in it felt super clean and the staff was very warm. Dr. Williams seemed to be very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He made sure to check all ways possible and give me a plan of treatment with contingency. Highly recommend.

First time seeing a foot doctor didn’t know want to expect .Dr. Williams and his team there amazing good communication and good customer service !!

Dr Williams is great. I had re-occurring issues with my ankle on and off the past five years. My previous Doctor failed to diagnose a fracture in my foot, but he was able to locate and fix through surgery. I’m finally pain free and healthy.

This place is great! The Doctor took the time to explain and help me understand everything, and the staff was so kind and helpful! Happy to have found such a great spot.

Absolutely loved him! He was so easy to talk to regarding foot issue. Very thorough and located the source of my issue right away. So thankful for his expertise. Definitely recommend him!!

Dr Williams has excellent communication skills and was able to clearly explain the problem and treatment options. I did not feel rushed and I look forward to continued treatment with him.

I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to have found Lincoln Park Podiatry. A week ago I had toenail removal surgery at a different practice, and long story short, they did just about everything wrong. I was in a ton of pain and my previous doctor wouldn’t do anything to help me. I didn’t know what to do and called Lincoln Park Podiatry. They talked me though how to help my situation over the phone when I wasn’t even a patient, and then they stayed open past 5pm so that I could come in to be treated. Everyone was so nice and calmed me down, and I was quickly treated. To have the pain gone and the issues taken care of brought me the biggest sense of relief, and I just can’t get over that they did this given I hadn’t previously been a patient. I will forever recommend Lincoln Park Podiatry to everyone. To find a doctor that not only has great medical expertise but also truly cares about patients is rare, so if you’re researching a practice to go to, this is the place. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and kind. Dr Williams is a good doctor. He made sure I understood what the issue was, how to fix it and what to expect. I had an outpatient procedure and he talked me through each step and was very careful to make sure I was OK.
