Waited forever, nurse was incredibly rude, and was recommended the wrong medicine “by mistake” and when I had an adverse reaction and needed the proper medicine, was pretty much told “too bad”. I should’ve read all the bad reviews first.

Takes forever to get appointment , but when I finally go in, the place is dead , and the nurse is no where to be found. The doctor is constantly calling out and rescheduling appointments last minute with no regard to the fact that some people have to take time off work to go to the doctor. Glad you can take vacations whenever you want but I can’t. Worst part is, when you finally get in, no help and office staff is really nasty

The office staff is TERRIBLE. Do not waste your time going here, because they will run you around in circles, they’re rude, hang up on people, and lack the SLIGHTEST amount of EMPATHY. if you’re the type of person that cares about getting the proper care, do NOT WASTE your time. — just ask yourself why they’re one of the only doctor’s offices that have appointments available so quickly ? It’s because they can’t even follow through with getting test results back, sending simple documents or God forbid sending your prescriptions in properly. RUN while you still can !!

Scheduled my annual physical and was called 1 hour before appointment saying Dr Timmel was not coming in today and would reschedule. Next available appointment was a month later. That appointment had to be rescheduled due to office/Dr Timmel issues. Today I walk into my 9:45am appointment to find out again Dr Timmel called out Was not going in to office and the receptionist left me a message while I was in route. Complete waste of my time and schedule as I too have a business to run! This is interfering with my insurance requirements of submitting my annual physical Within required timeframes.

Dr Timmel really cares about you and your health issues. Doesn’t rush you through the appointment. Answers all your questions and concerns in a way you understand. Great Dr. !

Dr Timmel has always put the patient first in any case i have been through with him, and I have been with him for about 8 years. He is a great doctor who listens first,examines, then presents a plan for your treatment. I have always been very happy with his treatment. His nurse staff is by far the most helpful I have found yet, especially getting back to you and keeping ontop of situations..kudos to the entire office.

Excellent doctor. Would recommend because he's the best.

Been a patient there for over a year. Only ever seen Dr. Timmel once. The one time I'm sick, flu and strep throat, they refuse to see me. Send me to urgent care where my copy is $40 more! What's the point of actually having a primary care physician if you can never actually see him!? I kept thinking it can't always be this bad, but it is. I'm definitely finding a new doctor, preferably one who cares about their patients.
