Great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m so glad that I found them.

Even though my first appointment was with Dr. Dalton, I have seen Dr. Kuck for the remainder of my visits. As are the entire staff, Dr. Kuck is the best ..... great personality and always has time for whatever questions I might have. Couldn't recommend them more!

Love the new office. Ladies in office were very nice (as they always are). Dr Kuck was very professional and took the time to sit and listen. I also had him smiling and laughing. If you haven't been by do so.

Communication was awesome! Everything was explained as we went through the exam and I was given clear and specific instructions on how to keep my eyes healthy... including nutritional advice! I don't even get that from my Primary Care!

Dr. Dalton is heaven-sent! Our daughter, Sydnee, had struggled with eye issues since she was five years old. We found him when she was in 5th grade and our lives were forever changed! He diagnosed her with a vision impairment and everything made sense after that. She is now a month shy of being 22...thriving and living on her own...and her eyes are finally stable after all these years of hard work, dedication, and Dr. Dalton's amazing care!!! We tell everyone we know how amazing him and his staff are. Shout out to Dr. Dalton, Kristi, and Kena especially who have been there practically this whole time and been on this journey every step of the way with us. We love and appreciate y'all more than you'll ever know!!!

Damaged my eye and had to make a emergency visit Saturday. Dr Dalton was great considering it was his day off. Went for a check up today said I was healing very well ,go back on Friday for another check up.

The entire staff team are amazing. Quick, efficient, & genuinely kind! They were very quick & proficient in all they did at my appointment this afternoon. They helped me pick the best pair of glasses out that suited me best as well!

A wonderful visit! The staff were friendly from the first to the last interaction. I felt well cared for and the new facility is squeaky clean and comfortable. I was seen promptly and walked out with a new pair of contacts and a yearly prescription with a $50 rebate. I highly recommend Dalton eye care and appreciate all the staff!!

My experience with Dalton Family EyeCare has been a good experience overall and Dr. Dalton does care that we are happy with the service and experience there. If there is an issue they do their best to correct it. My experience with Dr. Kuck and all of the staff was friendly and I would recommend them.

Dr. Dalton was thorough and knowledgeable. This was the most comprehensive exam I've ever had. He brought risk factors to my attention that other doctors hadn't and gave me some tips on preventing future issues. I felt like he cared about my overall health as well.

I have been wearing glasses since I was in second grade, and I've been to plenty of eye doctors in my lifetime. This was by far the best eye doctor visit I've ever had. The lady working the front desk was so kind and helpful. The technician who took me back for the first part of the appointment was awesome, too! She made the tests feel like nothing, and I'm a very jumpy person when it comes to my eyes. I saw Dr. Kuck for my exam, and within 5 minutes of meeting him, he taught me more about my eyes than any other doctor. He pointed out things about wearing contacts and glasses that made my vision clearer, and no other doctor has told me that before! Finally, as I looked for glasses and talked through insurance and pricing conversations, the lady I worked with was incredibly personable and kind. She made sure to check my policy for the right numbers and took great care of me! (I'm so sorry that I don't know everyone's names!) Overall, it was an awesome experience! Love the staff on the check in side (right) when you enter. They are kind and professional. On the other hand the process of purchasing glasses after the exam, the staff on the left side of the building, doesn’t seem very friendly. The last time I visited was around 10 years ago and I had same problem. Love the doctor but don’t care for the purchasing staff. Last time I ended up paying over $400 for glasses because they didn’t listen to what I wanted. Today would have been the same because she didn’t want to listen to what I wanted or just didn’t have it and no conversation about it. I picked out a pair I liked and she took them away and said these are to far apart for your eyes. Instead of explaining what she meant by that she just moved on. I felt like my opinion didn’t count. I don’t like when people ignore what I want when I am spending money (a large amount for me) on something I am going to have to use a lot. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything from them. Everyone from the staff, front desk doctor, Ieye technician, and the optical staff were very friendly personable knowledgeable and informed and informative they made my experience tolerable and I only say that because of my side of things they were wonderful

The Dr and the whole staff was really nice and very helpful. The first thing I noticed was the Bibles in the window and I'm glad to know that these folks love the Lord enough to keep his holy word out for people to read.

I was at the office today but I left because they told me that they are not in my insurance network (United Health Care). I went home and checked the insurance website. Based on the provider search, Dalton Family Eye Care is listed as one. I am not sure why they said it, but it is very disappointing. Update/Part2: Thanks for the call and for the apology. The caller wanted to make sure that I know that Golden Rule is a part of the United Health Care Group and that this was the misunderstanding. Actually, I did not mention the name of my insurance. I gave her the insurance card and it looks like the young lady did not read it properly. Really appreciated how helpful Dr. Dalton's staff was in fixing a pair of my glasses. They were very friendly and able to help me as soon as I walked in. Great experience.

After a bad experience with another eye doctor i was very apprehensive about a visit to Dr. Dalton, but WOW! I have found the eye doctor for me and my family. He put me at ease during the visit and explained everything to me in a way that i could understand! His staff is amazing and so sweet! I would recommend Dr. Dalton to anyone who is looking for someone that obviously loves what they do, and takes the time needed for each and every patient. Excellent care, friendly faces, courteous staff, all of which seems to be lacking in so many places nowadays.

total scam ... seemed good at first, got 3 family members glasses... scheduled a "follow up" to check to see how new glasses were going and received a bill for over $100 per patient ... when called to question a follow up bill I was told not only by office staff but Dr himself (after I insisted on speaking directly to him) that every time we see him there is a charge... Never in all my life heard of being charged for follow up appts... we will never go back and do not recommend to anyone

Dr Dalton is the best......I have never had a eye doctor who cared as much as he does for his patients..His staff are wonderful too..he rocks..love them all..Many Blessing to them all....
