Worst orthopedic I’ve ever been to. Sent me for an MRI and then suddenly isn’t available for a follow up to read me my results. I’ve called the office 16 times trying to schedule a follow up and no one ever calls me back. I’m told I can’t see the doctor any time soon. So I guess I got an MRI for fun. If you have something you actually need help with, go elsewhere and find a doctor who doesn’t just cash your new patient check, and actually follows through with your care.

Dr Best team canceled an appointment I was waiting over 2 months to have. His assistant "Dingna" does not call back when you leave a message either. Unfortunately I still have knee pain and lost 2 and a half months of time.Was recommended by someone who now feels duped about the referral.

Dr Best is great and always on time or early.

My appointment was on-time, check in was fast, very little wait if any, this was a much better experience than my UHZ visits.

Dr Best is a phenomenal physician. He takes the time with patients and answers all of my questions. Most importantly, he takes a conservative approach to my condition. He is not a Doctor that goes from an X-RAY or MRI, straight to surgery. I sincerely recommend him.

The guys is a pro. Great person and explains with detail and purpose.

Dr. Best and his team are awesome!! I'm very happy with my visit and the effort put into properly addressing my concerns. One complaint though, they no longer offer complementary chocolate drinks at the second floor waiting room :p

The whole experience was great, from the greeting team to the medical staff. I didn't feel unattended any minute. Dr. Best make me feel better just for his advice.

I was thriller with Dr Best in 2018 and went back for him to diagnose my other shoulder. He definitely knows his stuff. I would recommend him ..... for sure.

Dr. Best diagnosed a frozen shoulder condition in 2019 and I was successfully treated at UM Physical Therapy. I am currently undergoing therapy for and achilles injury and pain in my MCL. Dr. Best is an excellent orthopedic doctor. He is very attentive to my health issues and I'm very satisfied with the care that I've recieved.
