I've been a patient of Dr. Smith for a number of years, as has my family. I've always found him to be attentive, insightful, extraordinarily resourceful and reasonable in his advice and approach. Dr Smith has been a very good doctor for me. I’m not a complainer so Dr Smith asks the questions that help me evaluate my need for specific care. For example, He helped me admit to needing treatment for depression. My husband has a condition that no expert in Boston can diagnose. Though Dr Smith can’t help him, he is supportive and always sees my husband when called. Though I know doctors must stay on schedule, I never feel rushed.

So far no one seems to be able to do anything but screw everything up Miss placed entire medical records miss scheduled appointments If the secretaries say anything for the mantality of the office I have VERY low expectations

I have visited Dr. Smith a few times over the past few weeks after relocating from Connecticut. I have had a number of primary physicians during my adult life and I can say unequivocally that Dr. Smith is one of the most understanding, responsive and empathetic physicians I have gone to.
