Dr Mike really is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. I am in my 60’s and have gone to a chiropractor since my early 30’s. He takes his time and works on all your issues.

Dr. Selvitella is fantastic. I blew my lower back out and literally could barely walk due to the spastic pain. I had to prop myself up just to stand half the time. I am an active guy who goes to the gym almost every day so this injury was a big deal for me. Without exaggeration, Dr. Selvitella had me back in the gym a little over three weeks later pounding weights like nothing happened. Highly recommended! Dr. Selvitella is fantastic. Dr. Michael is amazing! I have been going to him for back pain and hamstring recovery and not only am I feeling 100% better, but he gives great advice on how to strengthen these areas. Extensive knowledge and experience. Do not hesitate. He is the best!!

Great listener and asks what's going on in our daily life and any changes that may be causing pain we are experiencing. He always recommends home stretches to continue healing.

He is amazing! He listens and does what's best for you. He has been awesome with my 15year old athlete. He has helped her with nutrition and outside exercises to improve flexibility. Every time any of my kids or myself have an injury or just plain sore he makes us feel better! Five star service.

Our family has been leveraging the services of Dr. Mike for several years, and we are very happy with this new location in Streamwood, where he offers creative and aggressive treatment as well as after care education (heating, stretching, exercises - that the patient is responsible for) to ensure optimal recovery. I am a fairly active walker (3-10 mi/ day) and weight lifter (3-5 days/ week) and have had a few injuries over the years as a result of poor posture or general clumsiness... such as a recent (June 2016) high ankle sprain from power washing the walkway (twisted my ankle by not watching were I was backing up). Dr. Mike successfully reduced my recovery time by 2-3 weeks through targeted deep tissue massage, structural adjustments, ultrasound and electrical muscle stimulation therapies and Rock Tape kinesiotaping. The pictures I've shared are from a shoulder issue resulting from years of working on the computer, travel, etc., that became extremely painful after a training session at the Speed School in St. Charles, IL in the month of August 2016. Anyone with rotator cuff/ shoulder issues knows the road to recovery without surgery can be long and riddled with pain and frustration. I immediately started seeking weekly treatment from Dr. Mike; and after a few weeks of targeted deep tissue massage, adjustments, electrical acupuncture and Rock Tape kinesiotaping - my issues on the back side of my shoulder have been resolved. The front side has been more complicated in that it includes tightness from the pectoral muscle as well as lesions in the tendon/ underlying muscle of my shoulder... so he has been using ultrasound and electrical muscle stimulation therapies and as my condition further improves - he increases my aftercare physical therapy exercises (which I am responsible for executing on a daily basis) to correct my physical structure/ posture so that this will not recur on my left side or ever be an issue on my right. My family has had the pleasure of Doc Mike’s Chiropractic services for over 15 years. He has “repaired” each of my 3 very athletic sons through numerous sports injuries and got them back in the game quickly, which makes for a very happy athlete! As for myself, he is extremely knowledgeable, he listens, and provides successful exercises to heal. Dr. Mike is a miracle worker in my opinion. His expertise and therapeutic skills are the best of the best. I used to think chiropractors worked exclusively with backs. I have been under chiropractic care for some 30+ years and a patient of Dr. Mike for 25 years. Although he is a scholar of the chiropractic system of healing, he relates that knowledge to the symptoms you are presenting in down to earth, easy to understand language. He listens, is sensitive to your needs, explains what he is doing as he is doing it and has at his disposal the full array of chiropractic treatments. Doc Mike's knowledge of anatomy and physiology, combined with his continually updated bank of treatments and common sense approach to healing are, in my opinion, unparalleled. I've seen and been treated by other chiropractors and, the success that I've had since seeing Doc Mike has been far better than any other. i have and will continue to recommend Doc Mike, to any and everyone that needs a chiro to help with healing what ails them.

I am so happy with his technique. I can be difficult to adjust, he was able to use different techniques and find what worked best for me. His hands find all the trouble spots! Recommend his services for all!

Dr. Mike is fantastic. He's been helping me getting back to running which was on hold due to so many and various foot issues. He knows his stuff. He's been working the joints, done ultrasound and taped it up and my feet have since turned around. I can finally return to running, which is all I want to do. He also listens and understands what the issue(s) are right away. There is no doubt that he's the best chiropractor I've ever had (and I have had a few). He also fixes my SI joint, neck and back
