I have been Dr. Payne’s patient for over 20 years. I never knew a Dr so personally involved and caring. He seems as much a friend as Doctor. He genuinely cares. He is always spot on with advice and prescriptions. The best Doctor possible. I’d give 10 ⭐️

My visit is always great. He always listens and always chooses the best treatment for me.

I've been a patient of Dr.Payne for nearly 20 years with a break in between when i was in the service, he has always been honest and helpful and has helped get me and my family through some difficult times. I would also like to say that his staff has always been welcoming and friendly every visit. God Bless

I never believed or trusted doctors until I went to Cox in cassville and met Dr Payne! I was so hurt and scared going there but their whole staff really changed my outlook on medical facilities and Drs, they treated me like an injured family member, not just a number, guinea pig or a burden! Going there was my very last option when It should've been my first! Your health and well being truly concerns them and they will exhaust every tool at their disposal to help you be that good father or mother or son or daughter that you so desperately want to be! I strongly recommend them to everyone no matter what your ailment might be, if there's a magical doctor he would be it! I love the doctor, but not the wait time, the difficulty getting into see him, or the rudness of the new staff members when they will not set you up an appointment with him.

I have nothing but praise for this man/doctor.When other doctors treated me,there was no compassion anywhere near what this jovial,caring man shows.He truly listens to what you are saying instead of playing a holier than thou attitude.I would recommend him to anyone.
