Michael Ollom

Communication with him was extremely poor or non-existent. Never informed me of the process involved with reunification therapy. Met with my ex and my sons without my knowledge, and billed me for it. Reunification therapy should take approximately eight sessions, and we were at 20, and I was not close to seeing my sons. Lacks ethics and integrity. Does not follow the social worker code of ethics. Does not have kids, so he does not possess the knowledge necessary to perform reunification therapy. Overbilled me beyond his ridiculous retainer fee. I wasted $3000 on this.

Do not hire Michael, especially for reunification needs. Michael does not have children and does not undestand the nature of the parent/ child bond. Michael is not a trustworthy communicator. After 8 months, Michael will still not engage in honest discussion relative to material issues. We are stuck with Michael now and forced to guess as to whether or not Michael's passive-aggressive behavior is because Michael lacks depth of insight, because he lacks courage of conviction, or because Michael feels it is necessary to hide his position as a means to maintain power and control. After 8 months, Michael has made zero progress in the reunification process and has failed to gain the trust of either parent or our child. Even so, Michael appears unperturbed and holds us all hostage as his role is court-ordered. Thus far, Michael does not appear to be a champion of truth or of children. I will change this post if Michael eventually reveals a method to his madness.

Mr. Ollom is irresponsible with his time and his patients. He is more concerned with what seems like getting “ notches on some belt “ than the well being of the children he sees
