Dr. Luft,DO is compassionate, kind, Good nature, easy to talk to, gentle, explains things real well, listening ears, trustworthy, the list goes on.

Rude office staff. Long wait only to not see the doctor.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour or more after your scheduled appointment time to be seen. The staff is too busy having social hour and playing on their phones to actually attend to patient care. They double book appointments because they care more about the money than the actual patient or their illnesses.
