Painless? My son just had 2 teeth pulled. The numbing wore off before we got home 15 min away and they didnt give him anything for pain Told him to take ibuprofen. I'm so mad!!

I had been going to this office for years, my son was going there as well. Dr. Lavender is an awesome dentist but I lost my job and my insurance. At no fault of my own and they refused to see my son over a $ 70 bill. Yrs after I was done that way when I talked to the lady on the phone, I said the years I have been with this dentist. I actually thought I had paid the bill. I was so ticked over this because it wasn't my son's fault I lost my job. So he lost my business and my son's as well. Some people are just so worried about money over health I had been going to this office for years, my son was going there as well. Dr Quach and the lady with her was absolutely wonderful!

Often times dental appointments seem routine but Dr. Quach stood out because she loves teeth. She looked inside my mouth and said, "ohhh, what a cute, little wisdom tooth!" It was very endearing.

Dr Quach is awesome yesterday I went to get my first tooth pulled ever and I’m a big baby when it comes to dental work anyways. But she helped me through the whole thing . She’s very compassionate and all around a great people person. So I guess Really I’m giving her 5 stars and not the establishment itself. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had. My sister had an appointment today. Once she came out, we asked her if they told her she needed to make another appointment but she said they didn’t say so we go up to the counter and ask, “Does she need to make another appointment?” This woman sat there while my sister walked by her to get to the waiting room and still said rudely, “I don’t even know who you’re talking about.” Even if she didn’t, still no excuse to be hateful. My mother proceeded to tell her as my sister stood right in front of her, then she rudely continued saying, “I wasn’t even here when she checked in so how am I supposed to know.” I have never been in a dentist environment so nasty, we weren’t even able to see if she needed to make another appointment. Prior to this, my brother had an appointment and they called my mother while she was in the parking lot 8 minutes early asking if they were still coming to his appointment? Even told them they were cutting it close being early, just an uncomfortable atmosphere. So if anyone still goes there, proceed with caution because they’re rude as hell. Dr. Lavinder is a decent dentist. His only weakness is his staff. Scheduling and billing shenanigans are the norm for these ladies. I live more than an hour away from the office and twice within a several weeks , I was stood up for appointments. Who does that? This office does. I got there to be turned away. "...we really don't know why the appointment was made". Seriously? Prices are about twice what I expected. There are 2 ladies in the office without the required manners for customer service. There is one hygienist there who mauled my mouth like she was getting even with me for something. I will miss my good dentist but the rest can kick rocks. Time to move on for me. De. La under has been a great dentist for my girls. He is always kind and respectful and my girls are comfortable having him as their dentists.

My girls and I have all had nothing but the best care from Dr. Lavinder and his staff. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. My middle daughter was terrified from a bad experience elsewhere and she loves it here! I highly recommend them!

My daughter goes to this office and everyone is super friendly. She doesn't mind getting her teeth cleaned or fillings because they are so gentle with her. Always a great experience!

Dr. Lavinder has a sign on the wall stating painless dentistry being practiced there and I was impressed of the truthfulness of the sign. You cannot feel the shot when he is numbing you. Also, everyone is so polite and professional. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Dr. Lavinder is a great dentist. He has always been so kind and worked me in when I needed him the most. The staff there are awesome as well. I would and have recommend him to anyone that is looking for a dentist.

My whole family goes to Dr. Lavinder. His pain-free approach has never disappointed me or my family. Today I had a tooth filled by Trey, the new dentist there. He has the same pain-free approach and made sure I was comfortable through the whole procedure. Five stars for both of them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Lavinder is a very professional Dentist. He is methodical and extremely competent. He is the best administer of local anesthetic I have had in my lifetime. He is very gentle and I never have pain or bruising where he administers an injection. He is all-business, but does excellent. lasting work for a reasonable price. He does not oversell services or pressure clients into unnecessary procedures. If he recommends something, you need it. He will do what he can to spare your wallet too.
