My first time calling him, i asked to make an appt. he asked me what insurance i have, i told him..he said he does NOT take my insurance. Thats okay, but whats not okay is to say your not gonna find any docters that take your insurance you need to find a clinic because thats all you can get. On top of that as i was talking MID sentace he says i dont have time for this, i cant talk to you. How the hell is this man in the mental health field?! He has no compassion and no patience. i got this impression from a 1 minute conversation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTER AT ALL! Initial phone call seemed ok Gad my 1st appointment. A little put off that he took 3. Phone calls, however brief, on my time. Never experienced that with any other dr. I'm going back next eeek. It takes a few visits to see is there's common ground

I have been very fortunate to have had Dr Kligfeld as a doctor for the past 6+ years. He is always reachable by phone or answering service and encourages me to call him whenever needed. He addresses my concerns and is always on time!

I called them today and was very suprised how rude this guy was. He was very short with me and was not the least bit professional. IDK if this guy happened to have a bad day or something but i did not feel comfortable talking with this guy. I want someone that at least sounds compassionate. Great hours, always picks up the phone when he's in-even if he's in with a patient, calls in your scripts right in front of you so u know they're done. Works with you for payments and my visits are never lengthy nor have I had to wait any type of ridiculous amount of time

I called just to get information and first off they answered the phone as if it was a home or cell phone not a business then proceeded to tell me if I'm on husky I probably can't afford a visit out of pocket! Dr. Kligfeld is apathetic, lacks compassion, and only cares about money. When I inquired about the condition, he "didn't have time" and asked me to schedule an appointment. When I asked for a second opinion, I was told that the medication prescribed was very addictive and incorrect for the condition. While I understand a psychiatrist prescribes medication and does not counsel, this is not mean that communication skills are unnecessary. He severely lacks communication skills. Not everyone has a M.D. As such, he needs to significantly improve his communication skills. Informing patients is part of your job!
