I have had several procedures done by Dr Hoops. skin tags removed, questionable spots checked and the biggest was carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands. Dr Hoops is a hand specialist. Had breast augmentation as well as lift.Dont believe I got the lift since it droops more now that before. When I lay down there is so much space between them, you can put a third one. So unhappy with them.Also had a facelift, neck and browlift. Wrinkles between eyes still there not touched at all. The jowls still there and these two areas were the reason I had it done. It was done in the office under local=pills and man it was rough.The pain and pressure was unreal. Dr didnt seem to care.$20M

Dr Hoops did my husband’s eyelids recommended by his optometrist. There are no visible scars and we are 100% pleased. He was highly recommended by our optometrist and glad my husband had it done. He can see very good again without the drooping eyelids.

Go somewhere else! This Dr. Did my implants wrong the first time and did not donwhatcwas discussed. He than made me pay in full 6k to have them redone. One breast did not come out well,and now he wants 6k AGAIN! ! He does not care about the patient, and never negotiates a dime! No integrity nor good ethics, if this ain't telling you to steer clear, good luck!

Dr Hoops performed Carpel tunnel surgery on me on November 27 2015 I had minimal pain and I was able to return to work on Monday where I type for almost 8 hours a shift. I would highly recommend Dr Hoops with The Plastic Surgery Clinic of Cleveland for any surgery. He is very professional with a great bed side manner and so is his staff and also his surgical team at Tennova were great. I can't wait until I get my other hand done in about 3 months.
