This doctor has to approve all changes for the nurse practitioners patients and I was told that if he’s in a good mood, he may change something, but otherwise he would not. He has never seen me, assessed me and doesn’t know me, but he is the one calling the shots. Terrible practice. I will be reporting them to the medical board.

I would not recommend Dr. Cronin, unless you have very minimal pain & I stress minimal. He will not help you if you suffer with cronic pain. He is definitely in the business to make as much money as he can by giving you as many injections as he can even when they don't help you! He will insist that they are helping more than you think & continue to push them. It's a money making office at your expense while providing minimal relief for your pain. Look for another pain doc, this one not worth your time!

If I could, I'd give a zero star rating. The staff is rude and they constantly give inaccurate information. I want to say they lie but I think it's more like being lazy as they just tell you anything to give you an answer without consulting with the person that would know how to answer the question. Communication is the key to any business and they fail at it tremendously and then try to make the patient feel like it was their fault.

I have been seeing Dr. Cronen for a few years for an SI Joint injection. The office staff, MA's, Karen (nurse), Anesthesiologist and Rad Tech are all Top Notch! I have had wonderful care. Wonderful office. Highly recommend!

I visited several yrs & only saw Dr. Zhou, and Ann(?unknwn last name unknwn?) & Dr Zhou- who's no longer there he moved his practice & clients down Hurstborne Pkwy toward Hwy 64. RNPrctnr Ann not sure her last name or, if she's there or not either, since I've not been there in a lotta yrs.

Don't waste your time and money on the BioTe pellet process they offer. They fail to tell you until you're there that there are restrictions if you've had breast cancer and then give you false information in order to get you to pay for the full spectrum of pellets you've been promised. Then when you complain, write letters and make phone calls, no one returns your call. I don't know anything about Dr. Cronin - never met him or talked to him even though his assistant was supposed to talk to him and call me back. Waste of money and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Love Dr. Cronen, one of the best drs Ive ever had.

Both Madonna and Dr Cronen try their best to offer options for the most effective means for pain management with the least risk of complication. I would highly recommend this office if you are suffering from pain.

I have had several experiences with Dr. Cronen and his staff. Some of the staff is spectacular! Some others are not so great. Very hard to reach anyone on phone, and messages are not returned very quickly. As for Dr. Cronen himself, I tried to like him, but finally decided I really didn't care for his personality and attitude. I wasn't sure he was working for my best interest of healing/pain management. My treatment was non-narcotic treatment plan. Sometimes on visits waited hours.
