Dr Carlson is an excellent physician, also prompt and knowledgeable. The nurses, lab techs and staff are very friendly and perform their jobs well.

Excellent appointment with Dr Carlson. He is very personable and always very caring and attentive. He explains everything in a way you can understand and listens to your concerns!

A good endocrinologist will treat the patient, not just rely on the lab results, but that’s exactly what this doctor does. My blood work came back within the normal range. It’s low and obviously not optimal numbers, but because it’s within the outdated range of “normal”, I was sent a letter by his clinic that read in all caps “NO NEED TO SEE ME AGAIN.” He’s completely disregarding the fact that I am symptomatic and my lengthy family medical history of thyroid issues. Maybe I don’t need medication at present time, but there IS something wrong and I need a doctor to help me find a solution until the inevitable time that I do need medication. My last visit was 15 minutes. He told me that I have a nodule that is non functioning and we did blood work AGAIN. I left the clinic crying. I felt so defeated. This clinic relies too heavily on lab results instead of treating the patient. Asked if he could send labs somewhere else so I wouldn’t have to drive an hour with a toddler, and was told he “doesn’t like doing things this way.” Firing this guy. Not a caring provider.

This guy does not hear anything you tell him. He mismanaged my thyroid, levels were completely off and never communicated with me. He's worse than Urgent Care

Wonderful doctor. Very caring. Office staff also very considerate and helpful.

I saw Dr. Carlson for 3yrs. It was really a waste of time. He talked like he was reading from a textbook and gave me the most basic information about my longtime illness. Things I learned when first diagnosed. He never made any changes to try and help me even when my labs showed I was over medicated. My next Endo made changes immediately after seeing my labs.

Rushes through appointments. Does not provide ample time to ask questions. Did not provide quality services in alignment with my expectations. Will not return.

yes. I have many times. I think he is the best doctor ever. He listens and I think that is important in a doctor. He is very intelligent. I feel like anything that goes wrong he can either fix it or get me to someone who can. I think he takes very well care of me and my husband.

Had to social distance, wife couldn't go with me, but Dr. Carlson was thorough as always, check my thyroid, and got a good report. Like Dr. Carlson as does my wife, he is thorough, good bedside manner, and just likeable person.

Dr Carlson has been my Endocrinologist for well over 10 years. He along with his NP, Betina Engh, Have done an excellent job caring for me.

This was our first meeting with Dr. Carlson, since we were referred to him after my doctor, Dr. April retired. He was very courteous and had reviewed my case prior to the Televisit. We look forward to meeting him in person at our next visit.

My experience with Dr. Carlson and his staff was great. Having referred to him after Dr. April retired I didn't know what to expect. Everything was great though and looking forward to my next appt.

This was my first visit and i was really impressed. The office was very clean and all the staff was friendly. Dr Carlson was fast and explained everything well and seemed to really care about my concerns. I have great confidence he will help me reach my A1C goal.

Yes I would definality recommend Dr. Carlos to everyone. He is very precise and answeres any and all questions. Has helped keep my blood sugar reading in line now for a couples years.

I see Dr Carlson for thyroid disease secondary to Lupus. I have seen him for several years. They have streamlined their checkin and checkout & they are so much more efficient. Dr Carlson is really nice and has kept my thyroid steady for a long long time.

Dr. Carlson is a first rate physician who is professional and easy to talk to, his staff is also very friendly they get you in on time and out on time. they do not leave you in a room waiting. I recommended them to my wife recently now she is a patient of his.

Doctor Carlson has treated me for bone density problems for many years and his treatment with Prolia has kept my skeleton strong and I am living a totally independent life without requiring care of any kind. I have been a patient of Dr. Carlson for many years. He has taken extremely good care of me and helps me keep my A1C right where it should be. He takes his time with me and addresses any concerns I might have on every office visit I have. My wife, who now has type 2 diabetes, is also a patient of Dr. Carlson.

A FRIEND OF A FRIEND RECOMMENDED DR. CARLSON TO ME WHEN I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY GETTING MY DIABETES UNDER CONTROL. HE WAS A LIFESAVER. AT THE CLINIC I FELT LIKE THE DOCTORS REALLY LISTENED TO ME AND THOUGHT OF ME AS A PARTNER IN MY QUEST TO GET HEALTHY. WORKING TOGETHER ON A PROGRAM DESIGNED JUST FOR ME HAS MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN GETTING GOOD RESULTS. MY LAST CHECKIP WAS AWESOME. SO FAR, I'VE HAD NO COMPLICATIONS FROM MY DIABETES. Terrible bedside manner, extremely condescending and overall the worst Doctor I've been to. Doesn't know how to listen to patients. I would've been better off had I not ever went to see him.

He was totally disconnected during our visit. Lack of care as a physician is totally inexcusable! I had to have multiple test redone because he failed to collect the right amount of sample from my thyroid. needless to say the cost doubled! I believe the public would be best served if doctors such as him left their practice and let caring physicians do their job!
