Dr. Lisa, I need to offer an apology and most heartfelt Thank You. When something positive is worth saying it should be said in a timely manner so that it can be recognized and appreciated… sort of like ‘The opportunity of a lifetime needs to be seized in lifetime of the opportunity’. Thorough my own fault and laziness, I failed to share my very positive comment in a timely manner and I regret that and I apologize for my failing. However tardy I may be, I need to share it. As you probably notice as I have, for some time now it seems that everyone is tired of Covid-19 and businesses and offices that were once diligent in their efforts to safeguard their patrons, have become remarkably ‘relaxed’ in their measures. And because of our age and Katherine’s pre-existing conditions, I am always very anxious when we have an appointment anywhere. Thank You! Because when we visit your office I am immediately and immensely reassured that Katherine’s and my safety and well being is first and foremost provided for. You and your staff make every effort to go far beyond the reasonable and practical in ensuring your patients safety, comfort, security and well being in these challenging and dangerous times. From the moment we enter to the moment we exit, we are personally – and emotionally – comforted by the fact that we are safe as can be expected outside of our own home. Yes, I know you have had to institute a surcharge to offset the added time and expense needed to protect your patients. That tiny surcharge is the cheapest and best damn insurance money can buy. Sorry it has taken me so long to get this message to you. Thank you and please extend Katherine’s and my thanks the rest of your staff. Dr Lisa Pelligrini Review After a fall in the middle of the night lead to my TWO FRONT TEETH PULVERIZED I made an emergency call to my dentist - Dr Lisa Pelligrini in Madisonville, LA. Her scheduler, Lisa, fit me in and upon arrival had me update my info and do all the paperwork on a high-tech computer in a private area. Dr Lisa didn't fuss because I hadn't been to see her in awhile, she got right to work. Polite, funny and always professional, Dr Lisa Pelligrini has a way of setting you at ease from her super-comfy chairs to photos that surround the practice of her beautiful (six!) children.
