i love dr. dandridge and so do my kids. anytime i have a concern, she addresses it and guides us in the right direction. anytime i call, i get a callback in a timely manner. she's been delightful the past (almost) 8 years we've been with her. we are very grateful for dr. dandridge :)

I couldn't recommend her enough!

Met Dr. Dandridge a few hours after my son was born. Great place! She listens and the kids love her.

Dr.Dandridge and the staff are awesome. Always on time for appointments and able to get in when needed.

After being in labor over 20 hours and delivering our #3 baby at 5:30pm our baby was assigned Dandridge as her in hospital pediatrician since our pediatrician was not in the hospital's network. Our nurse had swaddled our baby late in the evening after I had delivered. Dr. Dandridge came the following morning to check on our baby at 9 am. Dr Dandridge came in our room and unswadled her to see what she looked like. Upon unswadling her. Dandridge exclaimed "why does she not have any clothes on?" She then stated 4 more times in different ways that we needed to cloth our newborn. She made me feel inadequate like I was doing a bad job at parenting since our baby was not clothed yet. She was down right rude and her bedside manners were considerably snotty. After scolding me for not having our baby yet clothed (even tho she was always covered with a blanket/swadled except for skin to skin feedings) I then proceeded to tell her I that I had told our nurse who swadled the baby for us that we had brought clothing and the nurse didn't seem to be in a hurry for our baby to have clothing put on being that I had just recently delivered. It was not like I just let our baby be naked without a blanket or anything covering her which is what she made it seem like. If I could give Dandridge a negative rating I would being that she did not put into consideration a mother who had just labored over 24 hours hard just giving birth only hours before she showed up to tell me I needed to put clothes on our baby like I was being negligent. I hope in the future she can be more considerate and find better wording so her patients do not feel like she is being harsh, rude and inconsiderate...which is what many of her other patients have said in their reviews of her. Dandridge YOU need to put in consideration of how you and your staff talk to other people. Seems to be the trend that you are down right rude and a snotty Doctor. I pray you can be more nurturing and have better chosen words for your future patients and their children....especially women in labor and delivery. I called to schedule my daughter an appointment for her 2 year shots and the "manager" was extremely rude she informed me that I could find a different pediatrician because the paperwork signing was unpleasant the toy room was unsanitary the "manager" customer service was not very customer service like her tone was snotty she acted as if she didn't like her job I asked to speak to someone above her she informed me that I can't because doctor dandridge was not in the office but yet u heard her in the background along with my family members due to her being on the car phone I asked to soasp to the owner of the building she informed I was able to because he was out I DO NOT recommend this pediatrician they are not very friendly or warming at all all I can say is I will be praying over them I called to schedule my daughter an appointment for her 2 year shots and the "manager" was extremely rude she informed me that I could find a different pediatrician because the paperwork signing was unpleasant the toy room was unsanitary … More

Very dismissive with concerns. She basically brushed off every single concern I had. Including severe ingrown toenails that started turning green! When it was discovered by a lactation specialist that my child had severe tongue tie that was causing her not to eat, I was told it would take “weeks” to get the note to a specialist to get it fixed, that was when I had enough. We love them! Any of these negative reviews just blow me away and there must be more to that story. The staff here is wonderful and has NEVER been even slightly rude. Dr. Dandridge is wonderful, explains everything wonderfully, and she is very interactive with my son which makes him so much more comfortable. I believe their office does a delayed vaccination schedule, which I 100% agree with. I would not base going to this office based on those negative reviews. We love them! Dr Dandridge has been treating our little one since he was born. He has serious health issues and finding her has been a blessing. She is so easy to talk to, she gives honest feedback & advice and really loves her patients. We never have to wait long at appointments and her staff is great too. They are the best! It’s never a long wait at her office. She doesn’t shuttle us in and out like cattle like other offices. We are never rushed in the room, she takes her time every appointment we have ever had. She is always friendly and has a good personality. I initially tried her out for my daughter who was a micro-preemie and loved her right away, I never thought of looking anywhere else! We love her!

If I could give negative stars I would! We originally switched pediatricians 3 years ago because our kids were behind in vaccinations, the staff was always rude and disrespectful and when leaving messages we never received a return phone call. Three years later...I called on March 9th to request billing statements for when my son was under her care. I did not receive a return phone call. I call back today and they tell me that they have been requested and don't know when those statements will be ready. I explain that it has been over a month then they put me on hold. After almost 12 minutes of being on hold I call back and a lady who did not introduce herself even after asking who she was, it sounded like Dr.Dandridge herself. She asks me what kind of statements I am wanting and then blames me for them no know because she said I didnt leaving in the voicemail. I explain that since they did not call me back like requested they would not have known what I was requesting Then she says that it will take 7-10 days for them to come in. I told her that I thought that were requested a month ago so how is it that it will be 7-10 more days. I told her that I felt like she was lying to me and that they never were requested which is why she was giving me a date 7-10 days out. She then states that she never said they weren't requested and she can't give me a date of when they will come in. I reiterated that she just told me it would be 7-10days. She then just said, we will call you when they come in. This place, Doctor and staff are a joke. You lie to people, don't return phone calls, keep children behind in their vaccines and act like we owe you something. Horrible customer service and patient care. My little boy had an appointment yesterday and we were new there. I honestly am not trying to be rude, but I always hold my doctors to high standards. The play area was not fit for children at a doctor's office, the toys and chairs were stained and nasty. If it was at a friend's place or even at my home, it would be okay, because I personally would know id it was clean. The staff was down right rude. The doctor was extremely rude with my husband. And basically said we are not doing enough with my 15 month. When that is not the case. Every child is different and every child learns at a different pace. We started with Dr. Dandridge when our son was born and felt everything was going well. We felt comfortable with her and appreciated her nurse and receptionist always trying to fit us in quickly on those rare occasions he was sick. This was until his 12 month appointment. It felt as though she was talking down to my husband and I because our son hadn't yet reached certain milestones. About a month ago, my son fell and chipped his front teeth on a Sunday. Not having him set up with a pedatric dentist and feeling panicked, I paiged Dr. Dandridge to ask her advice and see who she recommended. She NEVER called back. We decided after that, it was time to switch doctors. Our first visit to our new pediatrician, we found out my son was behind on his vaccinations and did not have the required blood tests ran at his 12 month appointment. Dr. Dandridge is wonderful! my little one loves her! awesome staff and they always work there best to get you in same day! just hard to get a hold of anyone in the mornings.

If I could give negative stars I would. Lying staff, rude staff and Doctor, kept my children behind on vaccines. Dirty childrens play area...Do not use this office.

My family loves Dr.Dandridge & her Staff! ❤❤❤

They are very friendly and make you feel like family. They have a flexible schedule that is helpful with my busy schedule and ates very attentive to with my child. She dosent mind going she's always playing with the box of magnets.

The nurses and front desk staff are always so welcoming and sweet with the kids! I love Dr. Dandridge and her office staff!
