Dr. Juan always listens, and has been our primary for a very long time. No complaints with him at all.

Horrible, rude, not helpful, doesn't listen, very little eye contact, & spends very little time with you.

Office staff and nurses are rude. All the can say is they have a lot of patients. You can't even talk to the nurse manager or doctor about a complaint. They have no consideration when telling you to fast for labs. They don't care how long you wait
