This doctor has a beautiful heart for her patients. I am lucky to have her. I love Dr. Dunn and trust her my health. She has a warm smile when she meets me. I would recommend her to women to enjoy this hearty and professional gynecologist.????❤️

She made this appt the best pap smear. I hate going to a gynecologist, but she made my experience stress-free. I gave it five stars, and this was my first visit.

Dr Dunn is very knowledgeable. She cares about her patients. I have been going to Dr Dunn for over 20 years.

Dr Dunn is so polite and thorough. I appreciate that she took the time to explain everything to me. Her nurse assistant is wonderful as well. I only wish I the wait time was less.

I inherited Dr. Dunn after Dr. Growdon passed away years ago, and I feel so fortunate. I am a Big believer in her bedside manner, her empathy and her thoughtful responses to my questions or concerns. Her staff is equally praiseworthy regarding their promptness, compassion and incredible follow up regarding tests or additional appointments. I wish all of my physician engagements were as noteworthy as Dr. Dunn and her staff!!

I switched to Dr. Dunn after my long time OB/GYN retired. I was nervous about switching to a new person, but I have found Dr. Dunn to be thorough and kind during well visits and more complicated, potentially scary ones. My daughter, in her twenties, also likes her.

I enjoy the hospitality when I visit this doctor. However, I waited for about 30-35 minutes just to be seen for less than 10 minutes so that they could collect a sample from me. I feel they could make it more accessible for patients to have samples collected at home with proper utensils to be sent into labs from home. I’m sure it would be a cheaper option for patients and more convenient for those who want to visit the doctor on a weekday but may not be able to get off work. Regardless, I appreciate how warm I’m greeted by Dr. Dunn. She has a great spirit.

Dr. Dunn is an incredible professional, kind and concerned about the well-being of the mother and the baby, she always takes her time to answer your questions.

Dr. Dunn always makes visits with her enjoyable. She is upbeat and glad to spend time with her Patients. She welcomes questions and my own understanding of an issue. I know that her practice is largely child bearing but I appreciate her time for an old Lady like me!

I’ve been going to Dr. Dunn for 19 years now! She is absolutely the BEST! She is so personable and cares about her patients. I will stick with her as long as she’s in practice.

This was my first visit with Dr. Dunn. My experience was excellent. She took the time (in a relaxed manner) to listen to my history. She was very gentle with her exam and also gave me great treatment options for my issues. I will definitely return to see Dr. Dunn. Her nurse who took my vitals and medication history was also very pleasant-so refreshing!

LOVE DR DUNN!!!!!

I love Dr. Dunn. Complained years with a pain I was having and she is the only dr. that continued the search until she found the problem and fixed it. Then years later, she found a skin cancer early on and most likely saved my life (my late husband was battling melanoma at the time so that was a scary time for us). The only downside is the appointment took from 9:30 to 1:30 because since this new group took over there is no longer an office there to get your ultrasound, mammograms, etc. you have to go to a separate location and the same for the labs, it to is at a separate location (across the street). The staff there was utterly rude and short and had to wait a hour to get in for the blood draw. This is not Dr. Dunn’s fault but I do wish this system will change in the near future or I’ll search for a gyn that has better accommodations and closer to home. I love Dr. Dunn. Unfortunately I can not recommend Dr Dunn. I saw her a few years back and have a long history of endometriosis. She did a complete hysterectomy on me and after that she was pretty much done. No hormone help, or help with pain management after the surgery, and I had an infection after the surgery which concerned me, because I’ve had over a dozen surgeries in my life and never had an infection afterwards. All she wanted to do was throw antidepressants at me for help with menopause. Luckily I have found a more caring OBGYN now that actually gave me natural suggestions to get through menopause and recommended supplements for osteoporosis prevention, etc. They also have some serious issues with billing at this office. I eventually worked it out but they were trying to overcharge quite a bit. Unfortunately I can not recommend Dr Dunn. I saw her a few years back and have a long history of endometriosis. Today I’m writing in all sadness. I’ve been seeing Dr. Dunn and Nurse Hatcher for a while and recently the service at the front desk has went down hill. 2 weeks ago, I’ve sat in the lab for over 3 hours for blood work. And I get it’s gets busy. But as I sit there I see people going and coming. So I check back with the front desk..... and they never pulled my chart!! Today I go in for my first ultrasound appt at 9:30am (which is very exciting for me) and didn’t get seen until 11:42am. Another sad experience is they didn’t have film paper to print ultrasound images. So they told me they could put it on a CD. Which I had to wait almost an hour for that. I get all they way home-excited to show my family only to have a BLANK DISK. I spent a total of ALMOST 5 hours. 4 hours and 30 minutes of waiting Needless to say my experience with this clinic has definitely changed. I love Dr. Dunn and Nurse Hatcher but the staff needs help. I've been with Dr. Dunn for 25+ years. Great bedside manner, very friendly, makes an uncomfortable experience comfortable.

Thorough and very conscientious.

I need to schedule my mammogram. Since I am Medicare eligible, I don't have to see Dr. Dunn. No one will return my call. Have to leave message every time you call.

She is great, I have been a patient for over 25 years. She delivered both my daughters and now one of them sees her as well. She has always taken time to listen, very thorough with exams and truly cares

I just wish I could get someone, anyone to return my phone call to make an appointment. The answering system is useless - it does not accept messages to cancel appointments which I did twice but when I missed an appointment I got 2 phone calls but when you attempt to return the call you get the answering system again. I called again on Monday, Oct 26 and have yet to get a phone call from them. It is November 1. Dr. Dunn is great , the office procedures make me think I am not important to them.

I love Dr Dunn ! She helped me when I first moved to Nashville almost 10yr ago and had several miscarriages. She was thoughtful and helped find answers to why it was happening. When I got pregnant with my first 7 years ago she knew I was nervous and would take extra steps in making me feel secure and comfortable. She delivered both my babies and I still schedule my appointments with her and make the extra drive because I love her so much !!

Dr. Dunn is thorough, answers my questions, and explains any treatments she recommends.

I’ve seen Dr Dunn since becoming pregnant with my first child 3 years ago. She has since delivered both of my children. She is absolutely wonderful and does everything she can to make sure the births went as smooth as possible. I highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Dr. Dunn since 2006. See has been amazing. She saved my first daughters life. From her positioning she decided to schedule an ultrasound and during that ultrasound we found out that my fluid was unmeasurable. I had my healthy girl that day. I have seen Dr. Dunn for 5 years. She has seen me through my first pregnancy and delivered as well. I saw in a review that she was harsh. She is to the point. My labor was going on for 18 hours and pushing for 2 hours after that. She was in and out that entire time checking on me and so many other mothers to be. She was not mean, she got me through the toughest thing I have ever done. Also her yearly visits are short sweet and to the point. The ONLY complaint I have is the waiting time before my appointments. Dr. Dunn is awesome and I hope she is around when I have my next pregnancy!

Dr. Dunn was my GYN for a few years before moving from Nashville. I must say I now realize what a great GYN she was. She was warm, welcoming and informative. She always made a usually awkward appointment, very comfortable. Her demeanor allowed me to ask any question of which I always received an explained answer. I never felt rushed or left her office confused. Her office was also spacious and upbeat with endless photos of beautiful babies. I hope she knows she was very much appreciated. Thank you.

I unfortunately cannot recommend Dr.Dunn, we have been trying for months to get a refund of our deposit for OB services that the insurance covered in full. She is associated with Tennessee Women's Care from an administration stand point and you can read many of the same reviews about billing and deposits by looking them up. Dr. Dunn is everything you want in a doctor - kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. Dunn has been my doc for over 11 years and everytime she amazes me with excellent care when i need her the most. Highly recommend her!!!

It can be chaotic, but she is a good doctor.

She is a good doctor, I have been seeing her for years. It does get hectic. Sometimes your appointment may be delayed because she is deliverying a baby.

Would not recommend Dr. Melanie Dunn. During delivery, she was rude, walked out at one point, and extremely harsh with her delivery practice. The visits up until then with fine - not great, just fine, although the office was also less than kind. Multiple issues from leaving me waiting hours during a scheduled appointment while Dunn went to deliver a baby and no one even mentioned anything to me, to not filing my maternity paperwork or returning my calls and making me miss my first leave pay
