Dr. Waterhouse is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend. She is very friendly and understanding. Answered every question I had and helped me feel comfortable about my surgery.

Dr. Waterhouse did a few procedures on me. Excellent and thorough doctor! She answered all my questions and reached out to me after my surgery! I highly recommend her.

Had a bad experience at a first visit. Was asked "you want what!?" I was humiliated and traumatized by that shaming and demeaning question. I was not asking for something abnormal, just not common.

I had my ear repaired from a tear in my piercing a year ago. Dr. Waterhouse was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all personable. After the repair she re-pierced my ear at no extra cost during the follow-up. I would absolutely recommend her for your cosmetic needs...

This isn't my first cosmetic procedure and it likely won't be my last. Over the years, I have been to several in the area and Dr. Waterhouse is by far the best. She LISTENS and is HONEST about realistic expectations. A couple years ago, I had the same procedure done twice by a different physician. I couldn't tell a difference the first time and so 6 months later he did it again (had to pay anesthesiologist and for room). The second time the results looked great initially but 6 weeks later the neck skin was already sagging. He attributed it to my age. Her assistant measures me as 5,8 as my hair was on top of my head. This threw my approval for Insurance all the way off! I even asked should I take my hair down she said no... she was in a hurry I guess to leave because it was at the E.O.D

Was more confused after my appointment...kept flip flopping on my options. Very upsetting

Dr Waterhouse went above and beyond to help with my breast augmentation! She did quite a few things that weren’t expected of her and it made my experience very comfortable (& my family as well)! I’m the 3rd female in my family to have had breast implants done by her....none of us have had any issues! The staff at the office and hospital were great! My implants are over 12 yrs old, I’ve had kids, and I’m older now, so I’m ready for another operation. Your body doesn’t stop changing (or aging) just because you got implants. They don’t come with a guarantee that they will stay the same forever. When I first started seeing Dr Waterhouse I loved her and the staff. When I started speaking my concerns and that I wasn't happy with the way my breast looked every thing changed the way I was treated. She did a breast augmentation on my in 2014. I have been back several times trying to get them to look half way decent. My breast still look horrible, my aireola's are on the side of my breast by my arm pits, one breast is larger than the other.i could go on and on . They look HORRIBLE!! I will not look at myself in the mirror unless my breast are covered. I hope I can find a good plastic surgeon to fix them if they are fixable!? In 2002 my husband had a accident at work, and Dr. Waterhouse put over 100 stitches in his forehead, and 16 years later you can barely even tell he had an accident, we had a wonderful experience with her.

I LOVE Dr. W!!!!! She gave me an honest opinion about what i did or did not need. I trusted her and i love my results!! Do give some time when making an appointment, but she’s worth the wait!

Years ago I had cancer and some pretty major surgeries that had left a hot mess of my stomach. Add three big babies and the weight gain and loss and my stomach was such an embarrassment to me. I wouldn’t even wear pants because of the flap of skin that could be seen no matter how thin I was. Dr Waterhouse did an amazing job on me. Now I’m wearing at two piece bathing suit at my age! No I’m not telling but I’m a grandmother. She was supportive and VERY picky about how I looked and she wanted it to be what I wanted but before I could say “Maybe we should fix this?” She was already saying that would bother me why don’t we fix that!! She is the BEST plastic surgeon! She has made me feel happy again because of a Dr messing up my breasts. She is so sweet and caring! She will take her time with you and is so gentle and caring! Everyone that is interested in anything plastic wise... SEE HER!!! She has changed my life!
