I've been going to dr biscotti for many years. He is a very compassionate dr and always takes his time to listen to all your concerns. He never rushes you out if his office and is always very thorough with you. He runs tests when needed and he will say he would rather be safe than sorry.

Warm family atmosphere. Individualized attention. Has had doctor for 14 years and even with move in different town, have decided to keep him because he is the best doctor around. He takes his time with you and really cares.

Scheduled an appointment last week on the commonwealth health portal. Arrived at my appointment and they told me they’re not accepting new patients? Why would your health portal allow me to select new patient then and why did you wait until I got there to notify me? I paid my copay online and they have to speak to a manager to see if they can refund it. So you can’t see me as a patient but you can take my money and ask a manager if you can get it back? Very complete and professional exam by a very competent physician. Her alway makes you feel at ease, like your being treated by a family member.

Dr. Biscotti and his Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Biscotti takes his time to thoroughly evaluate the circumstances of the patient's visit. He is very precise in evaluating it and documenting it. He is always concerened with his patient's welfare and healing.

Dr. Biscotti is a rare find.. a doctor that listens to his patients, doesn't rush, and also extremely knowledgeable.

It took me close to 60 years to find a doctor that I’m happy with. If you’re looking for a doctor who’s really good at listening and talking over all options for your problems and telling you what is best under your circumstances, Dr. Biscotti is the man. The office girls are both nice and competent too. A wonderful place.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. BISCOTTI. HE takes the time to talk to you and explain all your options. You never feel rushed or like you don't matter. Everyone there, JoAnn, Mary, Alexis, so very sweet and nice. Nice to know ,especially during this time, there's a caring Dr ❤ ???? ????

Dr. Biscotti has been my doctor for nearly 30 years and I don't plan on going anywhere else. He's a truly kind and compassionate doctor who listens to your concerns regardless of how long it takes. And if he can help you, he will do his best. If he feels you need a specialist then he will send you to who he feels can help you the most. I have sent several of my friends to him over the years because I know he is trustworthy and reliable. Can't ask for more than that! My whole experience with this office has been refreshing. The office staff is super friendly and professional, the wait wasn't long as they don't overbook appointments and Dr Biscotti , who I already knew was a fantastic doctor, took the time to get to know me as a new patient and didn't rush me through. He"s got alot of experience and also stays current on new treatments. They also called me promptly with test results. They are exactly what you want in a physician and a physician's office. Very happy with Dr. BISCOTTI. I have a very complicated diagnosis and he took the time to get me to the right people and has been there for me since this all started. He has an awesome staff who always listen and are there to help you when needed. He could be extremely busy but still gives each an everyone the time that is needed. I have no idea what my family will do when he retires.

I had my semi annual checkup. Dr. Biscotti is very thorough. He asks all the right questions.

I have been going to Dr Biscotti for over 30 years. He is wonderful. He explains everything to you and doesn’t rush you out of the office. He gives you his full attention. When I was in the hospital for knee surgery, he came in to see me even though he wasn’t doctor. That is dedication!!!

After spending 40 years with my former Physician you can understand my apprehension of starting over with a new one. It only took five minutes talking with Dr. BiscottiThat I realized I made the right choice.

I have been taking my great grandmother to this Drs office for the past 5 years. During those 5 years there has never been one time that she didn't have to sit in his uncomfortable, freezing cold waiting room for at the very least 30 mins. Never in my life have I seen such poor scheduling through a Drs office. We would get seen sooner at the ER. Despite my complaints and their reassurance that my 90 year old great gram will not have to wait long, we sit here for on average 45 mins every appt.
