Pretty bad. All but 1 chair in the waiting room had large stains on the fabric seat. Everything seemed very old and in need of updates or replacement. The doctor was charming but rushed through basic questions without seeming interested. He offered no feedback or advice and directed us to schedule a 3 month follow up at the desk on our way out. I called and left a message to cancel that appointment and got a call to confirm 2+ months later the day before it would have been. The receptionist cuts you off and talks over you in a hurry. 4/5 call attempts go to the answering service who can't help. Hours are different each day, so it's very challenging to catch them when they are open, and even then it goes to the answering svc most of the time. Maybe they are busy, but they need to make adjustments if they are too busy to be attentive.
