Lori Ann Colyer-Aversa

All 4 of my children have been under her care, wonderful, caring, concerned doctor. I thank God for her. We are still with her practice.

Dr. Aversa does not communicate well. Most of the appointment is spent either waiting for her or watching her click away on the computer followed by her leaving the room without informing the patient or the parent that the appointment is over. Personally, it has always been an unpleasant experience and I used to dread the appointments.

Dr. Aversa is a great doctor. Always treats the kids very kind. She talks them in a way they will understand. Been our pediatrician for over 12 years and always makes time for them. She is very knowledgeable and very compassionate.

Doctor is very unprofessional . Charges for asking questions . Doesn't inform you of bill instead sends you off to collection agency. Discusses you to her receptionist. Comes on the phone aggressive and yelling . Makes referrals for no reason when you go to specialist they question why she sent you don't see anything wrong. Most common answer is its a bug going around. Doesn't take time to carefully inform you of anything. Makes you come in to talk so she can charge you. Son caught RSV from off
