My experience with Nashville Plastic Surgery Center and Dr. Gingrass was positive throughout the entire surgery journey. Even from before I had my first consultation, I felt the process was thorough and aimed at making sure the patient is comfortable and informed. I am an anxious patient with many questions. Dr. Gingrass, Nurse Tina, and the rest of the team answered my questions with kindness. The “bedside manner” aspect of my experience was wonderful. I was appropriately coached through a decision that was difficult for me and always felt completely confident in the team’s knowledge and skill.

So happy I chose Dr. Gingrass for my surgery. She is amazing! I am 2 months post op from my breast implant exchange and liposuction of abs and flanks and I could not be happier with the results. The whole experience from consultation to follow up has been a pleasure. All of the office and hospital staff are welcoming, caring and made me feel comfortable and confident. It was so easy to talk with Dr. Gingrass. I felt she really understood what my expectations were and my results are even better than I expected. The surgery went smoothly and the recovery was much easier than I anticipated. I am so thrilled with my results and would 100% have Dr. Gingrass perform any procedures I get in the future. I contacted the Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville because I needed implant replacement. I had my original implants for twenty years. The physician who performed the first surgery has retired. Dr. Mary Gingrass was wonderful. She was professional, friendly, and listened well. I asked her to make a couple of small changes pertaining to the size and placement of my implants. Dr. Gingrass nailed it. I could not be happier with my results. Also, her entire staff was kind and always available to answer questions. My experience could not have been any better.

Dr Gingrass and staff are professional and knowledge. They took time to explain everything throughly so I knew what to expect before and after my surgery. It was wonderful. Put me at ease

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gingrass. I wanted my breast implants removed because I was tired of them. Dr. Gingrass deflated them in office and I didn't feel a thing. My breast look better now than they have in a very long time. I may decide to have a lift done in the fall and if I do Dr. Gingrass will definitely be the one to do it. I am so happy and so is my husband, he was afraid of what I would look like but he is very happy with my results.

I had a mini tummy tuck and breast augmentation with Dr. Gingrass 3 weeks ago and am already super happy and I am not even healed completely! She really listen to what I was wanting breast size and I love them ... my stomach looks great too.. I was so nervous and her staff made feel at ease through the entire process...
