The best service. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I get nervous every time it's time to visit dentist office. From front desk to cleaning to visit with doctor they all make you feel so comfortable that the nerves just settle down and before you know it you are done. Special thanks to my friend who takes pictures of my gums and do my cleaning. You are wonderful. I love going to Doctors Platers office she is wonderful as well.

The atmosphere was incredible the staff was amazing. The technician took time and explained to me everything she was doing. She made sure I understood what was being done and why. I felt so comfortable with this office. I'm so glad that I decided to go to them. I have a lot of work that needs to be done and I'm so happy that they will be the ones doing it. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a friendly atmosphere.

If I can give 0 stars I would. By being a person with high anxiety with going to the dentist the office and staff couldn’t accommodate my needs and I felt they treated me a certain way because I was young of color and had Medicaid insurance. Ridiculous on top of that I was put in to get 5 root canals done which I got 1 of the 5 done still waiting on hit to get capped and they want to turn me loose all because I was assertive with them (and we’re talking about the staff at the front desk) not Marsha Plater herself. Far past ridiculous

Dr Plater and her oral hygienist are top notch.

Very polite and nice atmosphere when ever you come to appointment and make you feel welcome.

I have to give this office 5 stars and a speech. I’ve been having unreasonable pain for the last week after being turned down by multiple locations Ms. Plater welcomed me with open arms and took care of me immediately getting straight to what need to be done with out beating around the bush. I will like tor thank her an all staff for the professionalism and making me comfortable to express all concerns and taking care of my problems. Thank you

I’ve been seeing Dr. Plater for many years. You’re not going to find a dentist that is more caring about her patients and the health of their teeth. Healthy teeth is her priority. From the front desk to the exam chair, it’s always a pleasure visiting Dr. Platers office. Interacting with her and her staff is always a joy. The diversity in her office is refreshing. I pass many dentists on my hour long drive to Dr. Platers office, but Dr. Plater will always be my dentist of choice. Do yourself a favor and visit Dr. Marsha Plater and Associates.

I had a great experience my last appointment, as well as every appointment since I was 15 years old. Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming and Peggy’s cleanings are pain free, gentle and quick. I recommend this office to anyone in the Calvert county area!

I was so nervous to go to the dentist. I have not had great experiences in the past! Peggy was amazing and I am glad I was given the suggestion to come here. The staff is amazing and I will recommend everyone come here.

I just visited this office for the first time today. I am new to this area so I went with the previous reviews. You won’t be disappointed. Everyone was super nice and I just had one of the best cleanings of my life ????????.

I had an appointment with another dentist this morning. They canceled due to me being a Medicare/Medicaid United Healthcare patient. United Healthcare called Dr. Plater's office and I was accepted as a patient on the same day.! I was greeted at the door by a smiling, kind young lady who was helpful with me filling out the forms needed to become a patient. The reason I was so impressed with today's experience is because I am wheelchair bound and I live in the Calvert County Nursing Center, so I am dependent on help. The lady who did my x-rays was very gentle and efficient. And I liked the music that played during the time it took to be evaluated. And then Dr. Plater examined my teeth. She was gentle and thorough in evaluating me. I had to be be rescheduled due to a medical problem that I have. And I will be back to have the necessary dental procedures. Dr. Plater and her team are miracle workers. I was so nervous going in however the staff was phenomenal!! I highly recommend anyone needing dental work to go, they will put you at ease. The professionalism is top notch.

We love going to see Dr. Plater. All of the staff are super friendly, punctual, and very professional. Our 4 kids (aged from 1yr to 15yrs), all enjoy their dentist visits!! We have been going to Dr. Plater for over 5 years and have never left unsatisfied!

Dr Plater and her team are warm, caring and professional. The Dentists and Dental professionals provide top notch care and expertise. I wish I had a dentist like her growing up! Thankful for them now.

Dr.M. Plater and her staff are absolutely the very best.

I have gone to Dr. Plater for nearly 40 years. She is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Totally pain-free! Plus Super friendly and skilled staff. It feels more like family than going to the dentist. I actually look forward to it!

My fiance was seen by Dr. Gregory as a work in appointment. He was very nice and I would recommend him to anyone. He was assisted by a woman named Judy. She made him smile, he absolutely loved her. He has an upcoming appointment in 2 weeks and hopes the same two people would assist him. The entire staff was very friendly. I love Dr. Plater and her entire team! My 2 sons and I have been going to her office since 2005. My sons still continue to see her as adults. We have always had wonderful service there and never feel as though we are just a number.

I have a primal fear of dentists. Here there's none. The office is calm, professional and I nearly forget I'm at the dentist. Her associates are wonderful. Office staff go above and beyond to man the desk and keep things moving along in a timely manner. They are efficient and "bedside manner" is very comforting. I only wish I had Dr Plater years and years ago then I never would have had a fear of dentists. I only gave 5 stars because there weren't six! If you're new and looking, call this office. Great takes their time explaining espeshally with my daughter on how to properly take carevof her teeth. She came out to introduce her self and engaged in small talk. Love that!!!

I love this dental office and I've been to a few in and out of Calvert County. They are so friendly and have always worked with me on payment. Considering we have 5 children, this was helpful. They don't rake you over the coals when it comes to necessary dental issues. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and have been very convenient when one has a tooth emergency.
