Dr. Pollack and his staff are enthusiastic and friendly. They all consistently display a willingness to overcome any issue in an unfathomably quick and accommodating fashion. The practice has a service first model that is rarely seen in today's business world. I had an outstanding experience with the office during my Invisalign procedure, where Doctor frequently bent over backwards to deal with the many changes that my teeth presented. Dr.Pollack and staff I would totally recommend . You walk in for your appointment and are greeted right away by the receptionist Dianne who is very nice, while waiting to see the Dr. you can play on a few different pinball/arcade games or sit back and relax with a coffee/hot cocoa and magazine.(isn't a long wait). Dr.Pollack greets by your first name making you feel like your not just a number, he cares about you and your treatment. The whole staff make you feel relaxed and cared for...family!
