Mark Levy

Dr. Levy is the neurosurgeon of Fresno. I have seen several of his patients obtain absolutely amazing results, and I am one of them. I’m pain free from a lumbar stenosis and back working out ????️‍♀️

Neglected to inform me of major changes in my ct scan . Was told that I had to wait 5 weeks to get the results at his next available appointment . He doesn’t listen , and talks over you. I am m registered nurse and have never seen such behavior in a doctor before

Never again. Rude and condescending . Was told I had 2 wait 5 weeks to get the results of a Ct scan I had . I finally got him on the phone after 3 weeks. Very unprofessional and told me to go to the ED and see the neurosurgeon on call. That he was very busy. He could have cared less about informing me of the major changes in my ct scan

Dr. Levy saved my spine when it was crushed in a serious fall. I have required numerous surgeries. I trust no one else to do them. He is a top surgeon and genuinely fine person.

Dr Levy worked on my spine for Spinal Stenosis. After the surgery I awoke to feeling better than I had in years .The Doctor is a bit quite but very knowledgeable and courteous. The doctor explained the pains I had in my back after surgery but this was due to positioning during surgery and not the surgery but the neck was great and continues well after three years .

Dr. Levy has done two surgeries on me and I am a very happy person he the best.

Dr. Levy was caring and compassionate. I had complete confidence in his ability to help me with my back issues. The procedure went well and I'm totally happy with how it turned out!

After surgery back is killing me and he will not talk to me about it as a man just looks at me like a crazed foul , I get out these drs these days

Dr. Levy is the worse. He does not care about his patients. All he cares about is getting the job done and getting their patient out as quick as possible.

An excellent neurosurgeon! He did my mom’s spinal fusion 10 years ago, until now she’s still pain free! So grateful to Dr Levy

He is not pushy at all, he makes you feel comfortable, he's very calm and always smiles. His staff is wonderful and they work as a team. I had the best experience with him. I highly recommend him, and I never give reviews.

Honestly, since I met Dr Levy i felt extremely comfortable, so did my husband and he made it clear to us what the risks and consequences were going to be when explaining the craniotomy he was going to do on me. He was always very thorough and detailed with everything we completely trusted him and I came out great. I would recommend him to anyone just because you can truly tell he cares about his patients. Awesome Dr and staff

This Doctor is so amazing, he performed a very dificult and delicate surgery on my spinal cord its been 4 years and everything has been going good. Thank you so much DR. Levy

Dr. Levy has performed 3 back surgeries on me. In years 2000, 2004 & 2015 - all successful! I have no back pain & no limitation of movement! He is the best!

I am a dtr. of a patient of Dr. Levy. My 73 y-o mother has suffered from lower back- leg pain for the past 6 years. Over the past two years the pain become intolerable. After a great deal of thought surgery was the option. I believe Dr. Levy is a good surgeon as after a second opinion there seems to nothing wrong with the equipment, however, after care has little to be desired. He depends on PAs and NPs. Ask lots of questions and ensure he knows you want his attention not just his staffs

It's been 15 years since my surgery. I was in the military and injured my back. It was so bad that I had to have surgery right away. I was referred to Dr. Levy who took great care of me. What I can remember is that my injury was so bad I started losing feeling on the right side of my body. Very scary. He was honest with me and told me that I have a long recovery time but if I stayed focused and consistent with my PT that I should feel a lot better. 15 years later he was right. I feel great!!

Dr. Mark Levy is an amazing neurosurgeon. Not only he treats my mother for sciatica (disc degenerative disease), he is currently treating me for two lumbar disc fracture. My disc were damaged when I was serving in the Army. I have seen one orthopedic, two pain managements, a handful of physical therapists, and even a Chinese acupuncture therapist, yet no one has given me a clear and correct diagnostic assessment of my pain. Dr Levy and his assistant, Monica, have provided me with a sense of hopes that I can finally get rid of my intense back and leg pain. Nancy, the front desk/the receptionist, is also a wonderful lady. She is always professional and helpful. My wait time has never been more than 10 minutes. I would recommend Dr. Mark Levy for those who are having sciatica pain and/or a back. I am hopeful that Dr. Levy and his team would be able to treat my back and leg pain for good, even if it means surgery. Dr. Mark Levy is an amazing neurosurgeon. Dr. Levy was my 2nd opinion, he pulled every MRI since 2000, and discovered I had been misdiagnoised since 2009, and the MRI's remained the same since that time. I Had a herniated disc,now bone, stuck in a nerve. I am very active woman working in crisis response, and almost a year later feel wonderful from that specific disc, still have 2 more but not in that state. Dr. Levy is a wonderful man, had me in surgery of 1 week of seeing him! 100% RECOMMEND!

Everything he referenced was in regards to himself. Not once did he says, a surgery would be hard on me or that the recovery would be hard on me. It was all how a diagnosis would be to hard to figure out and how the old fusions would be too hard to take apart. Regardless if the problems could be fixed or not, it struck me as being as being strange that it sounded as if my appt was about him.

Dr. Levy took the time to explain procedures and answer our questions. He also took the time to confer with other surgeons to find the best approach for us. No ego. I would whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Levy.

I definitely recommend Dr. Levy to anyone that needs surgery. He is a great careering Dr. He really cares for his patients, when I had surgery he explain everything very well. My Dr. had referred me to him because of how wonderful he is. I highly recommend Dr. Levy to anyone looking for a wonderful experience Dr.
