I’m sure whoever just commented is fine with being put on over dosed amounts of Suboxone and doesn’t care to get better. But, me personally have had a bad experience, and why this open forum is here. I don’t care who you trust readers, that is entirely up to you. I’m here to share my experience and help others be informed. He made me digress into a very bad state. Once I left his practice in 2016, I had major success with a every other Substance abuse doctor. I’ve not touched hard opiates since prior to seeing Dr. Jensen. But, have done a world better with different doctors and saved about $600 a month. It’s funny you call me an addict (other random patient/commenter), in a Derogatory way, trying to dismiss my opinions. I’ve been clean of pain meds for 7 years. The only time I was in a bad place was when I saw him from 2013-2016ish. Again, not on full agonist opiates, just suboxone. I stopped taking my perscription opiates prior to seeing him. I was using suboxone on the street at 1-2mg a day. Everything changed when I changed doctors and left Dr. Jensen. For one, they let me go on a low dose of Subutex (1.5mg) which was cheaper. 8mg (or you to 32mg of suboxone name brand was a scam (literally part of the 2013-2019 1.4 trillion dollar suboxone scam), when I was already taking 2mg and asked to be on no more than 2-4mg. No person ever needs more than 2-4mg, ever. Period. Your doctor is lying if they think you need more. Go on Reddit and read what everyone says there. Deal with detox for a few days and then induce at a low dose, they’re just trying to get you stuck on it for years. He got me high in his office against my wishes. Total detriment to my well being. I came from 10 years of oxy and hydro pain med prescriptions due to cancer, numerous major surgeries, and then eventually got addicted. I never was on the street being the “addict” this commenter is pathetically trying to label me as. Ive worked my entire life, a well paying job, and lead a very productive life. Facts are how people make informed decisions, so here you are. The facts for me are this guy is a complete proven fraud, treated me terribly, forced me to take way more suboxone than I needed or wanted and the name brand version for big pharma kick backs. Dr Mark Jensen has been caught falsifying Medicaid insurance claims for $629,816 US dollars, that he had to pay back to the US government in restitution. He is a proven fraud! Any negative feedback for Dr. Jensen is a load of crap in my opinion. I saw Dr. Jensen for five years and he was always very helpful, intelligent and went out of his way to help me out. Who's word are you going to believe, a man who went through many years of medical school with multiple speciality titles or a recovering addict? Not saying recovering addicts are bad people but I don't believe for a second either Dr. Jensen or his Dr wife are anything other than good upstanding people. Also what's wrong with trying to push a little business his brother's way? Actually I was able to get my medications EASIER by going to Curtis' pharmacy than one of the chain pharmacies while being treated like a long time customer. Dr Jensen is to thank for me being cured of Hepatitis C as well. I was worried about side effects after trying interferon years ago so was putting off trying Harvoni. Dr Jensen gave me the referral to a specialist and I was cured in only eight weeks. All because Dr Jensen kept on me about getting treatment and probably adding years to my life. This doctor is a scammer, belittling, and proven fraudulent psychiatric practitioner. This Dermitology/Suboxone clinic Husband and wife duo have been forced to settle on $628k dollars of restitution to the US government in 2015 for fraudulent Medicare Insurance claims/charges. I saw Dr. Mark Jensen for substance abuse after years of opiate prescriptions and surgeries/ailments. I asked to be put on a low dose of Suboxone as my habit was very mild, 2mg daily. He forced me to take 4mg at induction which made me completely high and drowsy after leaving his clinic. I asked to be in it for a short time but he wanted to raise my dose even higher to keep me stuck to his clinic. He also forced me to pay astronomical cash only prices and stay on name brand Suboxone for kick backs from around 2013 to 2016. Trying to up his patients doses to get massive payouts from big pharma and keep them on name brand films. Part of the massive 1.4 trillion dollar record breaking lawsuit that is going on with the makers of Suboxone this past year. I didn’t have insurance and was paying nearly 800 dollars a month to be part of the program. I missed an appointment and he said I’m on my own, tough luck. He also had me start Zoloft something I didn’t want to take but he said would work wonders for me. I got off that and have been great ever since. Further more, he encouraged his patients to go to his brothers pharmacy multiple towns away, probably for more fraudulent activity or kick backs. This person doesn’t have any grounds to practice and I would run from this clinic as far as you can. I would leave the visits in a terrible mental state, making me feel belittled and like a waste of a human. I’d come out worse off each visit than when I first got there. I can’t express how much I dislike this doctor and how much damage he has caused to myself and others.
