Amazing doctor who takes time to listen and care

Great experience as a new patient. The staff and Dr. are outstanding. I also found out that a lot of the employees have worked at this location for 5+ years which showed me that their employees like where they are working. The Dr. spent over 45 minutes with me going over everything I need as a new patient. He actually took the time to listen to me in order to get to know me as a person and not a quick $ or try to kick me out the door as fast as he could. I was shocked to see this type of attention since I never say that with the last two Spectrum doctors I had. I am so glad that I got rid of my other Dr. and found a location and Dr. that actually understand the meaning of patient care. I would recommend this location for your medical needs. We have been going to this office for years now and have recently moved our two children who were in a different office over to here. Not only is the staff friendly, and we always get an appointment when we need to be seen, but there is a lab, radiology, and physical therapy right there! Dr. Armstrong has an excellent bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable. He listens to what you have to say and explains things so you understand. I've never felt rushed, he always spends the time needed to make sure your issues are addressed. On occasion I've had to wait a few extra minutes to see him but he's worth the wait. I know he's giving the patient before me the same attention as I will receive when he sees me.

They don't have time for you! Don't try to schedule an appointment! Go somewhere else!!!!
