Outstanding dentist with an excellent bedside manner. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and goes the extra mile. The hygienists and office staff are highly skilled and very welcoming.

Even though I was running late, they still got me in to my time slot, Dianne did a great job with my 7 year old, despite being fidgety and having 1000 questions. I've been a patient here for many years, I have referred all my friends, I can't imagine going to another dentist!

This appointment was different because of the pandemic. This time I had to drop my 9 year old off at the door for his appointment (only if he was ok with me not going in). I asked him before hand how he felt about going in by himself for his filling. He said he was a little nervous but he was comfortable going in alone. After he was done they brought him back outside to me. He was a happy boy. I LOVE that he has the relationship with Dr. Knowlton and the hygienist's to be able to go in without me at his side. We will never go to another dentist. We are home here. They take GREAT care of us!

I have been going to this office for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. I'm a baby when it comes to anyone messing with my teeth. They always work to make sure I am comfortable and at ease. Dr. Masson is an awesome dentist but so are Diane and Megan.

Staff is really great to work with. I appreciate that they send text reminders and phone reminders. I never feel like the dentist tries to tell me a cavity that I don't need Filled. I would have done five stars but their choice of music is not my choice of music. Or if they put something on the screen that I can watch while they pickaway that would be even better.

My 3 year old had his first teeth cleaning today. They explained what they were doing to him the entire way, made sure he was comfortable and everyone was so great with him playing in the area when I had my appointment. He actually cried when we left because he wanted to go back to the dentist :) Would recommend Dr. Knowlton over and over.

I was traveling on vacation when I developed an abscess. I called Dr. Knowlton for the first appointment available after our return home and got right in. He assessed the situation immediately, took Xrays, and made a referral. I'm so thankful for a dentist that is accessible, as well as up to date on technique. His office staff is very professional and friendly. I feel like family when I'm there.

I love this place, and who really LOVES going to the dentist?? Staff is always professional and curteous. Everyone seems so happy. It is evident that the staff are treated well, as they appear enthusiastic and joyful. Dr. Knowlton has a great sense of humor and seems to have great rapport with his dental assistants/hygienists. They usually have me laughing while working on my teeth. They always describe to me what they are doing, always prompt with my appointment times, and I've never experienced pain.

Went to have teeth cleaned as usual every 6 months. This is my favorite dentist office I've ever been to. Dentist, hygenist, and office staff are all very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Patients are treated with respect and service provided on time. Leaves an impression that we are all part of one caring community. Dentists and office managers must be good leaders as staff appears to all be happy to work there.

I dealt with another dentist in GR that I was not terribly comfortable with, so based on family recommendations, I saw Dr. Knowlton this morning. I had a good vibe from the beginning.
