I read the review below from another patient. I am not sure the circumstances of the case they had, but it was not at all the experience I had. Dr Boucher explained everything to me that would happen during my case, had me fully prepared for my wisdom teeth extractions. I did not experience any discomfort which I’m amazed at because it’s Oral Surgery. She and her entire staff were all polite, professional and caring. I would 100 percent refer anyone to her and her office. If one needs Oral Surgery this is the office to call. My guess it was not the doctor or the staff that has issues, but most likely and unhappy vile person.

I was very nervous, staff and Dr. Boucher made me relaxed and did an excellent job with my care. I generally felt they cared for me as a person not just a patient. I would highly recommend Dr Boucher and the office of CT Oral Surgery.

I had my wisdom teeth out and during the whole thing I was awake and in excruciating pain. They NEVER even warned me this could happen, there asked me if I did drugs half way through my surgery, were so disgustingly rude on the phone, and not once ever apologized. This experience was Awful and traumatizing, DO NOT COME HERE!!

Woke up in the middle of my wisdom tooth procedure and had all 4 get infected.

Dr. Boucher was amazing when she extracted my wisdom tooth. She was calming and reassuring through the whole procedure. She took her time to make sure that I wasn't in pain. Very skilled and professional.

Dr. Boucher was extremely pleasant and thorough during my wisdom tooth extraction. She eased my anxiety and made sure I was aware of and comfortable with each step of the procedure. When a minor complication arose, she handled it skillfully and without concern.
