Considering I work in the medical field .. knowing what expectations of assistant and doctor should b .. we’re far from satisfying . Being rushed is something a patient should never feel !

Compared to other skin checks I have had with other dermatologists, I felt Dr. Rosen did not take a very close look and explain any spot she did see and why they were not a concern like other doctors have done. I had to go to each spot and ask her is this one OK? if I did not ask for these spots to be explained, the whole skin check would’ve been less than two minutes.

Great doctor that does not rush... takes time and answers any questions you have.

Easy to schedule appt & found immediate availability. Location was accessible, clean & safe. Office was welcoming, personable and professional. Dr Rosen clearly assessed my issues, provided a plan, medication, and follow-up. While there, she also addressed other areas of concern without hesitation. I felt reassured with Dr. Rosen’s explanations and approach. I’m happy to be under her guidance.

Dr Rosen rushed and did not finish looking at my back or look at a spot on my backside. Now, I will have to go back.

Dr. Rosen is not only highly skilled, but also concerned about the comfort and satisfaction of her patient. She is wonderful.

Dr. Rosen is wonderful … she listens, takes every question and concern seriously and always provides solid solutions. She is also very kind and makes sure you are comfortable with everything she is doing and what the next steps are to addressing a problem.

The ladies at the front desk were very professional and helpful. Dr Rosen is patient and thorough and put me as ease. Her MA was excellent…..it was a good experience!

Dr. Rosen was lovely. Very thorough and made me feel very comfortable regarding any questions or concerns I had. I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a great dermatologist to check out The Derm's practice. Everyone was professional and kind and overall I had an ideal visit.

The most efficient, caring and knowledgeable dr

Dr. Rosen, my dermatologist, was great! She helped me with a quick diagnosis, resolved my skin problem, while allaying my fears. She’s professional, efficient, and caring… and actually looks at you and not the computer! Thank you for your excellent care!

Dr. Rosen is an excellent listener, responsive, and thorough. She instilled a sense of confidence in me from the start, and I will be going back to her for any of my future needs!

Dr. Rosen is the best! After seeing her I left confident in my treatment plan and she even gave me recommendations on what else I could add to my current skin care routine.

Dr.Rosen has a stellar bed-side manner! She listens to you wholeheartedly and then discusses the treatment options that would be best for your situation. She makes you feel like you are the only patient. She does not rush your appointment either as many Derm offices do these days. Kudos to Dr. Rosen and her friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Rosen was great with my 16 year old son, listening to his concerns regarding acne and making a plan for the best treatment

Very professional, answered my questions and took care of my problems immediately.

The Dr. Came showed up an hour late after the actual scheduled appointment time . Her nurse missed sending my prescription to the pharmacy on time .I had to call them again for the prescription Extremely disappointed with the service. My rash got worse .

My son was a patient of Dr. Marianne Rosen and I am very disappointed. She has no idea how to treat acne in pre-teens or teens. My son was in treatment with her for more than 2 years and we only wasted our time and money. After several appointments, creams, gels, and medication changes nothing worked out; so she wanted my son to take a high risk medication that required monthly blood tests. No way! too risky for a teen. Besides, on the last appointment she was very unprofessional and rude on the way she treated me. We will never come back to her office!!! I saw Dr. Rosen because her office was more conveniently located than Dr. Broadsky's, where I used to go. I get these painful shots every 3 mos. and at my first appt. with Dr. Rosen she was very verbally encouraging, helping me get through the 30 or so shots I had to get. At the 2nd visit, she tried something different, saying it would take fewer shots and the effect would last longer. It did not work. What should have lasted for 2-3 months wore off after just one mos. At 3rd visit I told her so and she got very offended. She proceeded to give me all 30 shots without a single word of encouragement, announced "that's it!", then referred me back to Dr. Brodsky. Horrible bedside manners. If a patient tells a doctor something they tried didn't work, shouldn't the doc be more concerned about finding out what would work instead of being offended and taking it out on the patient? Usually my experience with this doctor is absolutely wonderful, but not last time. I had a lot of aspects on my skin which i needed to point out and had everything prepared and pre-marked, but the doctor seemed rushed and as if she did not care about it. I haven't had a thorough exam in several years, so it was important for me to have all of my concerns addressed, but they were not. There was a a spray that was used, but without any explanation as to the healing process post spray. Concerns are still there and the spray wasn't useful, but they charged ridiculous amount for two tiny sprays. Usually my experience with this doctor is absolutely wonderful, but not last time. Overall i had a good experience with doctor Rosen. She seemed knowledgable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 star review is because she seems to be in a rush. I think that made me one feel not as cared for.

The Derm is always thorough in their approach and is willing to listen to their patients. My daughter had an appointment and they were very good when addressing her concerns.

The only reason this office is getting a 4 stars is because they do not do a skin biopsy. Other than that, Dr Rosen & staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. They helped answered all my skin related questions. Dr. Rosen took the time to chat with me about my skin concern. She made me feel very comfortable and finally found a solution to my skin problem.
