Had a cleaning today and always a pleasant visit going to this dentist!!!!

There’s non like Dr Stubblefield. She is the most caring dentist or medical provider I have ever encountered. From the first time I met her over 10 years ago she has remained true to herself. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist with no hesitation.She always take her time to explain procedures and she won’t do anything she is not comfortable with. She treats everyone like family.

Not a good dental practice for children. Only one doctor they push you towards for children's dental care, available only one day a week for procedures. If you ask they'll offer someone else but just one day too. Received conflicting diagnosis from each doctor with the explanation "every dentist is different". Dr Stubblefield has become disassociated and out of touch with her client base. The reception personnel are not customer focused, became combative and acerbic over scheduling and insurance issues. Not considerate of work, school and children's schedules. Act like it's a privilege to use their practice versus making you feel like they appreciate you choosing to bring your children there.

The staff is always friendly and very professional. Dr. Stubblefield and Rose are the best.

I was very excited when I initially went here because of the good reviews. I quickly became disappointed when every visit felt like I was being sold something new and then would require additional work. This happened several times. The last straw came when we went in for a filling and walked out paying an additional $400 because "something changed." I've also had way more sensitivity in my teeth in the areas that they worked on than ever before. On the positive side, the work they do is painless while it's being performed.

Best dentist I have had as an adult. Everyone there is friendly. I saw Rose as my hygienist and she did an excellent job explaining things about my teeth to me in ways I could understand. I hadnt been into the dentist in a long time due to covid and they didn't make me feel guilty about putting off my visit, but made sure to take extra care to ensure they gave me a thorough exam and a deep cleaning for my teeth.

Dr Stubblefield is an incredible human being but above all she is a great dentist who will bend over backwards to help and meet your needs. The staff is caring , professional and welcoming . She’s accommodating and will explain everything and answer all your questions. The office is spotlessly cleaned. They follow the COVID-19 guidelines always. My family and see her for our dental work and we have no complaints whatsoever. I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist

Always a pleasant experience. COVID 19 pre-screening is effortless. Making appointments, changing appointments, and reminders is very easy and they always accommodate me. The staff is friendly and they do a great job. I have no complaints and recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr. Neal and her staff are amazing. They are very efficient, professional, friendly and very considerate. They made me feel so comfortable with their welcome and smiles. This visit was my first visit in the office. Explained in details what needs to be done for my teeth and treatment for my mouth. Being Diabetic is always a hard thing. Checked for me what will be covered under my insurance and explained to what will be my responsibility. I highly recommend Neal Dental Care.

Everyone in the office is wonderful. Dr. Stubblefield takes great care of her patients and oral health is her top priority.

All of Neal Dental's staff has always been extremely nice and very helpful: from the front desk, to hygienist, to assistants, to Dr. S. herself. During the Virginia re-opening phase, they have taken even greater measures to ensure our health and safety by spacing out appointment times, calling your phone when it's safe to enter, escorting you in to your room, hand washing, masks, and even disposable sleeves to prevent spread of Covid-19. I've been with Dr. Stubblefield for almost a decade now. She changed all my silver fillings to the new white composite (terminology?) and filled new cavities. She's very personable and great at what she does. I would recommend the Neal Dental Care team to anyone looking for a great dental care and great, friendly staff!

They are very patient with you. I don’t like going to the dentist and they try to make sure you are not in a lot of pain.

Our family feels that the dentists, hygienists and staff are very professional and caring. They take the time during treatment to make sure you understand what's going on and explain billing very well also.

Everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Stubblefield is very knowledgeable and makes you feel like a valuable person not just a patient .

I was having a problem with a tooth being insanely sensitive to cold. I called this morning and they were able to fit me in this afternoon! They told me what was wrong and how I can fix it. My family has been going here for a few years and they are great! Every employee we have dealt with has been super friendly! I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr Stubblefield has been our dentist for over 6 years now and I will not go to anybody else. She is an exceptional dentist who is truly caring for her patients and does an outstanding job. Dr Stubblefield was great! She did an awesome job on my broken tooth on my fixed bridge. A masterpiece...i can’t tell it was ever broken, It truly looks good! She took time to make sure everything felt right and the color correct. Her patience in dealing with a true chicken was phenomenal! This provider engages in bait and switch tactics in order to get people to agree to pay for services. They give an initial estimate with low costs and then raise the cost when you come in to get the treatment started. They are constantly trying to sell you things in order to make more money. The wait time is often very long. A typical check up would take 2 hours out of my day.
