Extremely satisfied! I had a skin ailment that had been bothering me for two years. I saw two dermatologists before Dr Grassi, both of whom were stumped. The last one told me it was something I was just going to have to accept and live with. It was painful and preventing me from doing something I love, so I was not at all satisfied with that answer. The very first time I met with Dr Grassi, she was able to run a simple test, confirmed the ailment, and about 9 months later, it was completely gone! Extremely satisfied! She does an extremely thorough job of checking for skin cancer

Just rushed in, looked me over about 5 min and that was it. Wrote really horrible handwriting, had to request records and couldn't even read them.

The billing department is very unorganized. They file claims late leaving the responsibility to the patient. I have two claims in collections because they did not submit the claims in time. Be very careful of this provider!!

I am beyond grateful to be under Dr. Grassi's care. Perfect blend of expertise and "bed side" manner. Highest praises for Dr. Grassi!!

4 months for an appointment and staff was unpleasant. They must be upset now that they aren't siphoning millions from the practice.

"You look good - I look good" - that was her statement to me in one of my early visits. I wish every doctor had that outlook. Dr. Grassi is caring, smart and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone who cares about their skin.
