Prescribed an antibiotic without a clear indication putting me at risk for C.diff and for future resistant organism. Next time, please practice evidence based medicine instead of pandering to the whims/demands of your patients

This "man", and I use that term loosely, has ZERO respect for his patients and has SUCH a cocky attitude he should not even be allowed to practice..let alone at an Immed Care walk-in facility. I was treated with SUCH disrespect after taking a very bad fall on the ice last night. I can barely put any weight on or bend left knee..have 2 chipped front teeth..one of them being loose..and multiple contusions. After "Mr" Wilkowski had to deal with a screaming baby who needed stitches? He comes back into my exam room..says "well, nothing is broken"..and starts walking to the door. I asked "Wait..I can barely walk on my left leg..and.." he cuts me off and in a VERY sarcastic tone says "I will give you crutches then..if you can't walk"..and SLAMS the room door! I then purposely wait for "Mr" Wilkowski to discharge me for over TWO HOURS because of his attitude. When I get home and read my diagnosis? It reads MORBIDLY OBESE ( I have just lost 85lbs and am still losing) and TOBACCO ABUSE DISORDER!!! Because I smoke half a pack of cigarettes a day..these things were NEVER EVEN DISCUSSED. This persons "career" and mannerism will catch up to him..SOON..be warned...
