OK SO I WENT TO MODERN DENTAL FOR A REGULAR TEETH CLEANING THE DR CAME IN WITH HER ASSISTANT THEY TOOK XRAYS OF MY TEETH TOLD ME I NEEDED A DEEP CLEANING OVER 2.000 I SAID ILL JUST DO A REGULAR CLEANING FOR NOW IAM A DISABLED VETERAN WITH A LOW INCOME WELL THEY CLEANED MY TEETH IN 20 MINUTES THEY NEVER FELT CLEANED IN FACK THEY CHARGED ME 200.00 AND GAVE ME A TOOTHBRUSH AND TOOTHPASTE I WENT IN THERE BATHROOM AND BRUSHED MY TEETH CAUSE THE ASSISTANT LEFT THEM ALL BLOOD IN MY MOUTH SHE WAS IN A BIG RUSH. SO THIS WAS ON JANUARY 13 2023. NOW I GO TO WELL ONE DENTAL IN FOSTER RI THEY DO XRAYS ON MY TEETH IN MARCH 12 2023 DR TELLS ME MY TEETH NEED CLEANING I TOLD DR I JUST HAD THEM CLEANED AT MODERN DENTAL IN JANUARY SO THEY PRINT XRAYS UP SO I CAN SEE ALL PLAQUE ALL ON MY TEETH AND THEY WERE ALL FULL OF IT AND LIKE I SAID I PAID 200.00 CASH TO MODERN DENTAL TO CLEAN THEM SO I CALL MODERN DENTAL 3 TIMES TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME IT BACK GIVING ME A RUN AROUND ON PHONE. I HIGHLY DONOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO MODERN DENTAL THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB AND THEY HAVE NO CLASS WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS......VERY DISAPPOINTED BELOW YOU WILL SEE PROOF OF XRAYS TAKEN JUST A FEW DAYS AGO SHOWING WHITE IS PLAQUE ALL OVER MY TEETH AND LIKE I SAID IAM A DISABLED VETERAN THEY TOOK MY 200.00 AND SCAMED ME !!!! DONT GO THERE THEY ALSO SAID I NEEDED A DEEP CLEANING FOR 2.000 DOLLARS THIS DENTIST TOLD ME I DONT I JUST NEEDED A GOOD REGULAR CLEANING THATS WHAT I PAID FOR AT MODERN DENTAL AND NEVER GOT IT THEY RIPPED ME OFF 200.00 DONT GO THERE YOU WILL BE SORRY AS IAM...GO TO WELL ONE DENTAL. Dr. Maaita is phenomenal. She is patient, caring and does an amazing job. The staff there is friendly and accommodating. I always leave the office with a happy smile ????

This place has been my saving grace! After having an awful experience with another office and my children afraid of the dentist this team has completely turned things a around. I needed a referral and the receptionists came though and helped me search and find one. They are all so kind and patient.

The best office with the best dentist and staff! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. The office is modern and very clean. I’m so happy with the new ownership. Dr. Maaita is amazing!

First visit to Modern Dental today! Clean office and friendly, efficient staff. My appointment was on-time, they gave me a lot of options for cleanings and other products. Will be going back to tooth whitening soon. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this office!

I had my first appointment with Modern Dental after they acquired my Dental office in Smithfeild. The staff was organized and confirmed my appointment beforehand. The office is clean and well maintained. The technician was thoroughly trained and gentle. It was nice to meet the new Dentist in charge and I hope to have a long relationship with the new people.
