Had a tooth extracted. Way better experience than I had expected. Dr. and staff were great.

Dr. Pedraza is the best!!!! And her staff is great, too!!!! I moved away and still come back to see her every 3 months!!!!!

It was an excellent experience! I had never had a tooth extraction before, and had many questions. Her staff were very professional and answered all my questions. Dr. Pedraza made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was completely numb. It was certainly "painless dentistry." She was very kind and professional. I would return to her in a heartbeat with any future problems.

Office was great, efficient, had everything needed from my dentist prior to visit. Dr Pedraza was awesome, explained everything very well, friendly, and overall visit was fairly quick.

I would not recommend Dr. Pedraza for a gum graft. I had about 3 mm recession due to a crown. She was very positive about the graft because I had otherwise healthy gums an no risk factors. Unfortunately, the gum graft didn’t take and fell out the 4th-5th day. This caused recession due to stitches falling out in my adjacent tooth. After my 2 month review doctor felt I should leave it alone or have a new crown placed in to cover the area. Basically, I am out 5000 and my teeth are in worse shape than when I came in. She was not competent and lacked confidence on my follow up.

This is a dental practice with heart. Dr. Pedraza truly cares about her patients. The office staff is courteous and friendly. Raegan is an artist for cleanings! Gentle and efficient. I came to them with an emergency extraction that required an implant. Was so impressed with the professional, compassionate, care I was shown through the entire process.

Had my 1st time visit. First the office staff was very friendly and welcoming. When I was taken to the exam room and Dr Maggie came in she was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to listen, which I appreciated very much. She explained in detail what she feels is my problem and the best way to manage it. I'm scheduled to return for a procedure and I feel confident she will take care of it.

Dr. Maggie was exceptional! She explained what was going on numerous times to me in a way that I could understand. She made me feel super comfortable and that she would make sure that I had the best care.

Dr. Maggie and her staff are very kind and courteous. The issue I am currently having is unusual for someone my age and I feel comfortable and confident with the plan she has come up with to save my smile. My grandmother who is not in the greatest health also was recommended to her and had to get an extraction last week and was in and out in no time and 24 hours post op was feeling like she hadn’t even gone thru that the day before. I have total confidence in her abilities and appreciate how helpful her staff was to make sure I took the correct steps with insurance as we all know that can be a nightmare. They also were able to get me a consult appointment very quickly and also have me scheduled for the necessary procedure in only a couple short weeks. I had my first appointment with Dr. Maggie today and was exceptionally pleased. Her "chairside" manner is wonderful, she explained everything to me in terms I could understand, and communication with her assistant was admirable. Inasmuch as one can look forward to her type of services, I am looking forward to return visits.

I visited Dr Pedraza’s office expecting bad news about a tooth problem. Unfortunately, the news wasn’t good, but Dr Pedraza came up with a solution to hopefully save my tooth. She and her staff are very professional, and very nice.

As soon as we walked in the door I could feel the love. The receptionist was very nice organized and patient. We were about 50mins early and the still got us in before our original scheduled time. I will definitely recommend Dr. Pedraza to everyone seeking dental care.

I cannot say enough about this office and it’s staff! They were able to get me in ASAP, Dr. Pedraza’s bedside manner is very professional but also very nice and caring. Dr M. Pedraza extracted my Wisdom tooth today. I was nervous, scared, and dreading the procedure. Dr Maggie went to great lengths to make me comfortable, and pain free. I highly recommend her. Morgan, chair side assist, was clear with instructions, and gets 10 ??‘S for patient interaction.

Very thorough. Impeccable reputation. This from other Dentist, and Techs. Very interesting billing structure. Might want to invest or use other web sites, online verification sites that have fewer tracking bots. This site alone has 14 tracking bots. So much for HIPPA.

Great place great staff and Dr Magnolia was the best . Didn’t feel a thing didn’t even know the tooth was out.

Dr Pedraza is so kind, caring and professional. She was very attentive to my needs and concerns and explained things thoroughly and put me at ease. The staff is also so warm and professional. If you need a periodontist I cannot imagine you could do better than Dr. Pedraza and her staff. I feel so fortunate she is in my area.

Excellent all the way around. From the cleanliness of the front, friendly staff and excellent care, I'd recommend Dr. Pedraza and her office (Decatur) to anyone who needs periodontal treatment.

Excellent in all respects. I did notice with some humor that in an otherwise thorough and complicated pre-registration form, I found at least four misspellings of ordinary words without even looking for them. Someone didn't do a very good job of proof reading that form! But most people wouldn't notice anyway. I was referred by Dr. Marcia Hardy, and I got in very quickly to deal with the problem I was having.

She and the staff are always quite friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve been getting my deep cleanings for many years by Dr. Pedraza. She initially treated my periodontal disease, and took care of it so well that I just continued getting my cleanings by her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Pedraza and her staff for your dental needs!!!

Dr. Maggie has been excellent so far with the beginning of his tooth implant process. He had no pain with the first part of the process. Today 7/13/18 he went back for a check of the implant. I went back with him with the consult-no problem, and the assistant that day was awesome and very nice. I didn't go back when the implant was done, and there was a different assistant. Today, I went back with him because this was just supposed to be a check. The assistant then realized I had followed him and very rudely said to me "do you need to be here"? I said "I guess not". I was so shocked at the attitude I didn't know how to respond. Then in a very snotty way said "I'll walk you back out". I sat in the waiting room a couple of minutes and then told the receptionist that I needed to step out. I left walked down to the end of the hallway and started crying. I have anxiety issues and when I am treated in that manor (as there was a better way the assistant could of handled that) it almost puts me into panic attack mode. There was a possibility that the post would of had to be re-done so my concerned about that and he didn't realize at the time how the assistant's attitude would affect me. My husband sometimes misses details so if I can be with him I know what's going on. He is not familiar with Decatur so he can't drive himself. I didn't want to go back in the office and see the availability for his follow up appointment, but I did. The receptionist asked me if it was something in the office that upset me, and I just said yes but left it alone. My husband told the receptionist and she did apologize, but she said that was the rule. Nothing was posted to that affect and again the assistant needed to have more tact in handling than. 13 hours later as I write this review I am still upset. It upset me so bad that on our 30 minute drive home I almost got sick because I was so shaken. There is no excuse to be rude especially when I being perfectly nice. This was only my first experience with them so my opinion may change, but they do a great job of explaining everything to you and making you feel comfortable.

Excellent Implant done by Dr. Pedraza. She is one the best professional I have seen in her specialty in Chicago and Springfield areas.

Yesterday I went in for a gum graft. The staff was super helpful in letting me know every detail of the procedure & what to expect post-op. The receptionist was amazing at explaining the cost of the procedure & took time to help explain what my insurance would cover. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Maggie and her staff were beyond friendly, patient, kind and compassionate. I went there unaware of what I am facing and left with complete reassurance and confidence. Not only do I have a plan, but I also have an understanding. I'm ready to get started with confidence!
