Dr. Lynn Wen Acquaviva

“Dr.” Aquaiva is terrible. She has NO bedside manner and made multiple mistakes in caring for my mother. She incorrectly diagnosed my mother with depression and prescribed medication. When my mother returned for a follow up and told the Dr of her symptoms. Dr. A didn’t realize my mother was experiencing 90% of the side effects of the drug and doubled my mothers dose. Worse than that, 6 months later during a physical, Dr. A didn’t remember that the dose had been doubled and doubled it again!!!! She was rude to me during every phone conversation regarding my mothers care and had a nasty, intimidating tone in asking my mother questions in my presence. When I discovered her error in dosing. She refused to take accountability for her mistakes. Upon getting my mothers medical records from the practice, I found other errors in Dr. Aquaviva’s care for my mother. Stay away from this doctor, she is the loop worst!!!!

This doctor is always prepared. She reads the numerous reports from my other doctors prior to our appointment. Does her homeeork for someone with multiple medical problems. Dr. Acquaviva does not care about offering any level of proper care to her patients, she will not even call back when a patient calls with an important concern and the office manager at this practice is heartless and horrible. I will never go back here and hope anyone reading this finds another doctor and practice for your and your family's healthcare. You definitely deserve better!

She is throrough and very professional. She is easy to talk with aND listens to you. One of the best doctors I ever had. I will recommend her to other ppl looking for a new doctor.
